Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

Not really got much to show you this week as we've been otherwise occupied with jobs around the house.

We had some heavy winds recently and this happened in the park.
Luckily it was during the night so there was no-one around.

The men arrived to remove the tree.
Looks like it might be a big job!

It didn't stop the bird lady, she has names for all the geese too.

Stan managed to get upstairs when no-one was looking and was obviously enjoying the sunshine.

You can almost see the pleasure on his face.

However he did move because he got so hot but then came back later.
It's a Dogs Life Lol!

Just to finish off, here is one of my gorgeous Orchids which is flowering it's heart out.

If that doesn't make you smile, I don't know what will. They are gorgeous.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

Of course those orchids make me smile. They made my day!
And your Stan lazing in the sun... precious!
Wow, that tree wasn't a small trunk either. It must have been some mighty storm! (Or the tree was diseased).
I like seeing your park. I feel like I know every corner of it and i have never been there!
Have a good weekend,
Hugs,
Lisca
PS Not to worry about the postcards. If you remember .. fine. If not, don't worry. There are more important things in life.

I have seen several photos on facebook of storm damage to trees this week. it is so sad to see a big tree brought down like that.
I like the way Stan has found the sun. An intelligent boy, even if did end up getting too hot!
Your orchids are stunning. I haven't mastered keeping them yet. I think I have just killed my second one this year. I am better with the outdoor plants. Kate x
