Hi! back again to tell you that it's time for another challenge over
at Crafty Cardmakers.
The theme for this challenge is: Stitching, Faux or Real.
Maike is hosting this challenge.
You can enter anything you fancy, it doesn't have to just be cards, as long as it meets the challenge, and doesn't exceed the 15 total challenges entered rule!
And here is the card I made:
And here is the card I made:
I used three Masterboards,
one of my favourite ways to start a card. Smooshed and stamped to create this one.
Stencil for these Masterboards rubbed over with gilding wax to bring out the texture.
And I made this, shabby but chic I hope!
Just my style.
With Faux stitching using this stamp set:
Nice matching pink fabric cord to highlight the sentiment topper and pearls for a chic and glam finish.
I like my cards to have depth to them or at least appear to have some but as many of them have to be posted I try not to make them too thick as you can see here.
I hope you will pop over to see what the rest of the DT have been up to and maybe join in the challenge.
I look forward to seeing what you come up with.
Happy crafty card making.
Angela x
