WOYWW 384 # What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

I've just started working with my new Misti and quite liking it I must say. I'm in the middle of making a Halloween card. I know some of you were hoping to see the canvas I was working on. I can tell you now it will definitely be here on the 27th Oct can't say more than that!

The box looks ready to explode again mostly due to the stuff I brought back from the workshop on Saturday. Really I don't care what we make I just enjoy working with other people and making nice friends.
We did seven projects during the day including cards, a canvas and the little fabric bag you can see here. We were working with Imagination Crafts products. The embossing folder at the side is a Sheena Douglas one.

I went to the craft sales show Sunday and I still have a few things on the desk that I have not packed away but no where near what I bought.

I've spread them out a bit so you can get a better look.

And here is a close-up of the stamped image I'm working on. I do find I am able to get a good clear image using this piece of kit.

So that's me done for today.

Thank you for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

  8. Hi again Angela, thank you for that link. I'd literally just seen a post on FB from Once upon a stamp about pre-ordering that, so I've just wish listed it for Hubbys Christmas ideas, lol. xxx

  16. I love the Cling stamp on the top of your not inconsiderable pile! Really like to read of your attitude to workshops, I think that means you're getting the very best from them really. Take it the canvas is a Halloween job then...sharp aren't I?

  18. Looks like a great bunch of goodies!! I've heard about the Misti but haven't heard a lot of comments about it. Kinda pricey but has a good concept. I, too, enjoy being with others but don't get many opportunities. Thanks for the visit and hope you have a great week!

  19. I used to have a weekly craft night at my house when I lived close to my mom. Every Monday we would get together and friends would come and we could craft or just chat. it's probably one of the things I miss most, having moved halfway across the US three months ago. Thanks for sharing your wonderful creativity! Have a great week! Heather #40

  20. Read about the Misti on a couple other desks…sounds interesting. I am going to watch you guys and see how it goes before I invest. I already have a couple positioning tools and don't know that I would use it. Love how crisp that image looks though! hmmm...Thanks for visiting my desk earlier and leaving a comment. Have a great week! Vickie #2

  22. Hi Angela,
A nice lot of new stash there! I like the look of the snowy scene. (It is a Penny Black, isn't it? They have some lovely snowy scenes and I'm tempted to buy practically all of them!)
I'm also tempted to buy one of those stamping positioners, but one of the much less expensive copies that are appearing now :)
    Thanks for dropping by earlier,

  27. I'm with you ... absolutely love a workshop just to chat and check out what everyone is doing. Learn a new technique is the next best thing. Love what you did on the master board in your last post. Very clever and effective result.

  30. Until you get a MISTI you don't realise just how wonderful they are - and worth every penny. Sadly there is another coming on the market which is a cheap copy - I wonder about after sales on this one??? So glad you are enjoying yours - makes such a difference to clarity of some stamps and there are so many other things you can do with it.
Enjoy - Hugs & Thanks for visiting me whilst I was away
