Masterboard Monday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you a card made with this Masterboard:

I had so much fun making this masterboard with various stencils and stamps by AALL and Create and Studio Light.
Using black card I started with white ink to create a shadow background then white acrylic paint and finally Gesso which gives you the really thick triangles together these different mediums give great depth to the piece and I love it, hope you do too.

And here is the card as simple as that. I've added nothing else as there is so much detail on this masterboard but I did repeat the idea on white card with black ink to use as the mount for the sentiment.

I would love to hear your comments.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Angela x

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:

  2. Love the depth you've created with the different opacity of paints! Very good as the basis for any card, especially males ones which are so difficult… Have a great week, Angela!

  3. This is so classy Angela a fabulous way of showing just how we can build up various layers. It would indeed make a great all rounder for anyone but especially for those males in our lives. Your showcased that stencil fabulously and I had convinced myself I didn't need it *sigh*.. Very creative.
Lovely to see you share this over @ Creative Artiste.

  7. Amazing amount of shading and depth with basically white media. I rarely do monochrome but this is really effective and great for masculine cards xx
