Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".
If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the
Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.
So here is my desk for today!
I'd like to say the desk is a bit less cluttered but It doesn't look much different even though I did tidy up a bit.
To the left of the desk are two new Tim Holtz stamp sets. I just love those cats and the quirky snowflakes caught my eye too.
In the center I'm on to the baby girl journal pages and not so much to do now so hopefully by next week I will have made use of the new Christmas stamps.
You can just see that I've been making a pop out card with one of the Karen Burniston dies. It's one of those that twists when you open it.
To the right is just a tin containing buttons, a box with ribbons and tape that I'm using in the journals and my baby wet ones which I keep close as I'm such a scruff when I'm crafting.
The blue box holds all the tools that I use regularly though that could do with a good clear out too.
So that's me done for today.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.
I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,
happy crafting,
Angela x
Cute cat stamps Angela. I have the original set of Snarky Cats and they are fun too. Good luck finishing the second baby journal. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #4
ReplyDeleteYou have a good point Angela, my tool ‘kit’ holder could do with a purge, it’s preposterously full of stuff I just put in there for the want of a proper home! I don’t dislike the cat stamps, just that I don’t really have a use for them, but I really like the text stamps that are with them! They’re great fun!
ReplyDeleteCute cats indeed. I was never a fan, but now my son has two cats, and they appear often on the Zooms, I am warming up to them. MUCH more fond of the snowlakes, if I'm honest. :D Such a busy desk - always the best kind.
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW!

Hi Angela. Love the cat on a sledge! Well done - you are nearly there with your baby journals. Brilliant work. Enjoy doing something different when they are finished.
ReplyDeleteTake care. God bless.

I love cats but find t very tricky to get good crafty images of them - those stamps are pretty good. The cat fabrics you can get are just too whimsical or cute for me and the cartoon ones just don’t cut it either. Hope you have fun using those images. My tool caddy needs a sort too, perhaps that can be tomorrow’s job when the weather is looking rubbish!

ReplyDeleteI saw Tim demoing those stamps in a Facebook live - so cute & funny! Can't wait to see them in action when you put your magic touch to them! Have a happy week, Angela! xx zsuzsa #9
ReplyDeleteThose TH stamps look fun Angela and looking forward to seeing what you do with them x.
ReplyDeleteI hardly ever look at Tim's new stuff - odd, as I used to bu it all the time... I do like the snowflakes though. Have a great week Helen #1
ReplyDeleteYou have just reminded med that I have one of those twisty dies somewhere - bet I cannot remember how to use it now. Must find time to see how to do it - gives me an idea for Christmas cards.
ReplyDeleteI do hop you manage to finish the pink book and then get on with those exciting new stamps. I have seen the snarky cats but not seen the snowflakes before.
Hugs, Neet 13 xx
Fun new stamps! Glad your almost done with your baby book project, that must feel good :) Happy Crating ~ Love, Karen#23
ReplyDeleteHey those Christmas cat stamps are great, looking forward to seeing what you do with them.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the visit BJ#10
I love your busy desk Angela, it shows a creative person is at work. Fab new stamps too. I love the end of the month when new stamps etc are launched. Ready for my new budget! I’ve been trying to convince my hubby that I’m saving lags by not going to the craft workshop each week. Not sure he’s convinced yet.
ReplyDeleteTake care with love and hugs from Sue #24 xx
I am totally impressed you already have your snarky Christmas cat stamps ( they seem to be having issues getting them to stores here so, mine have not shipped as of yet) I had to chuckle as your desk does look the same to me as I think we have similar pile it up on the edges type creating in the middle styles Angela. ~Stacy #32
ReplyDeleteI agree, those cats look really cool, they really brought a smile to my face... your space may be full but it looks organised!
ReplyDeleteTake care and stay safe

Love the snarky cats Angela, can't wait to see what you make. I am sure everyone is guilty of 'Why did I buy that?'. I'm afraid most of my purchases are not really thought through. Have a good week, stay safe, stay well, Cindy #19
ReplyDeleteGood morning, Angela! Your baby album seems to be coming right along. yeah, my tool caddy could use a bit of reorganizing. Soon. Tim comes out with the quirkiest animal stamps. I still haven't used his orignal dog/ cat sets from eons ago. Hmm. Creative Blessings! Kelly #25
ReplyDeleteI think crafting is a cycle of getting stuff out and putting it away again. My scraps have scarps now, note to self; be more organised. Have a great week Angela #26
ReplyDeleteI adore your Christmas cats! So much better than chocolate box kittens, since none of them are angelic for more than 5 minutes apart from when sleeping!
ReplyDeleteTake care, stay safe and happy WOYWW

wow, lovely to visit your blog after so long way. And I'm green with jealously because you have the snarky CATS from TH! Everywhere I've looked for them, they are out of stock or waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay over my price if they come from USA . I guess I'm going to HAVE to bite the bullet and pay the price! Very happy and interesting Blog! My cat Jinx is usually trying to sit on me, the laptop or is pushing me off my chair, like he is now!
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW

Howdy Angela,
ReplyDeleteI just LOVE, LOVE, L-O-V-E your tidy and modular desk setup. Modular is somehow so soothing to my eyes. lol. Youirs is so inspirational for me.
Good luck with your journal pages and have fun with your new Christmas stamps. Thanks for stopping by my desk, too!
Peace,
LuLu #33
Curious to see that pop out card, Angela...hope that's on the agenda for a post!
ReplyDeleteYours is the kind of desk I drool over - plenty to see...
ReplyDeleteI think you may be an enabler - I'm off to investigation the Karen Burniston pop up dies. Send out an SOS!
Thanks for popping by!
You got a lot of good stuff going on at your desk. It’s good to be busy! Sorry for the late visit. Dorlene #31
