So here is my desk for today!
Hi all been playing with some new AALL and Create stamps though I've not really got very far with it.
I wonder how many of you remember this ink. I've had them for years but they are still Big and Juicy!
I'm trying it out on card that I coloured earlier and plain white card too. You never know I might actually make them into something!
This is the stamp.
I did get round to making two more Thrinchies, Feathers and Poppies and thought you might like to see those.
Big and juicy eh? The mind boggles…… I’ve never heard of that brand before, it made me laugh, it’s definitely an attention grabber!I like the effect very much and am sure you’ll use them in something interesting. The thrinchies continue to be fun, I like seeing these very much!!

I've never heard of Big and Juicy either - but I am sure they are good to use! A great set of stamping - and the thrinchies...

Good morning Angela, it’s pouring with rain here! I hope we have a dry day for taking down the awning. Thanks for the advice re the blanket weed - my sister doesn’t want to use chemicals in her pond🙄. She has order some barley straw, I remember getting some once, but I don’t think it was for blanket weed. Have you heard of this product - Envii Pond Klear? I was looking at earlier.

ReplyDeleteLOL! OMG I DO remember the Big & Juicy pads. I am thinking that is like late 80s era. Amazing it is still useable. I love your experiments and thrinchies, and love those stamps. Very reminiscent of Lynne Perella. Love her stuff so off to have a closer look. Darn you Woyww!

Oh my goodness, I'm sure I HAD one of those ink pads. No idea what happened to it or if it was just a dream???? Love your thrinches especially the poppy one.

Yep, certainly remember Big and Juicy. Must have mine somewhere unless I gave it away because it was too large to fit on the shelf.

Insanely late, sorry!! What a throwback the Big and Juicy pad is, made me smile, happy days - so many people I know started their stamping hobbies with one! I like how you try out and repeat the stamping on different colour background, it’s a great way to really get to know the imag3s and of course, your masterboard style works perfectly this way.
