So here is my desk for today!
There really hasn't been much going on this week as we've been spending time looking for a Care Home for my mum and fingers crossed we might be nearly there. I have found it hard to concentrate on crafting but also not had much time either.
However I did get on the computer to check out That's Crafty's sale. They are moving soon and have lots of goodies reduced.
I know! I said I wouldn't do this but the offers were to good to miss and I needed cheering up.
I know, I have no will power, I'm pathetic Lol!
Also a bit obsessed with Studio Light at the moment.
My excuse is that I already have some Studio Light stuff and this will help me to use it up.
Just need to find time to play now.
So that's me done for today.

ReplyDeleteIt’s a tough thing trying to find a care home that fits the need - hope you’ve succeeded. It’s such an emotional thing to do, guilty that you need to do it but it’s the right thing, she’ll be safe and cared for. It worked ok for my dad. Sending you hugs though xx I hope you find a bit more time to craft, it helps.

Just hope that the extra spending has done the trick and cheered you up. No doubt the care home search has resulted in you feeling down. It is a horrid job but so necessary at times. Just think of how much safer and how well looked after your mum will be. It takes a lot of the worry from your shoulders in the end and it is so lovely visiting them and seeing them happy with a load of new friends.

Googled the shop and had a bit of retail therapy. It was just as you said, terrific prices but I was restrained . . . a little bit . . . thank you, will share later . . . .

Love Studio Light products. I get mine from Spectrum Art Creations live Saturday sales on-line. Sometimes in their on-line store but the live sales are so much more fun. LOL
