Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".
If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the
Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.
So here is my desk for today! and hope you are all having a great week.
I know that some of you were desperate to see what I made with the Masterboard that was on my desk last week, so here it is.
I made the Masterboard with the "Crazy Things" stamps and white ink. This is such a simple background card where I have stamped the same image several times before reloading the stamp with ink so that you get faded images which disappear into the background. You could completely cover the card if you wished.
The card was completed using the Crazy Cats, Crazy Things dies and stamps and here it is.
You may notice that the balloon is floating which is simply done by attaching it to a strip of acetate.
This card is for a friend of mine who loves cats, hope she likes this one.
I hope you approve of what I've done.
And my actual desk looks like this:
Nothing much has changed but I have started working on a couple of tags.
So that's it for today.
Thank you for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.
I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,
Angela x

Approve, Angela? I LOVE it! What a great masterboard - so simple and yet so effective. I love that fading type of stamping which gives real depth to the piece. The card you've made is great too. Thanks for your lovely comment - Phoebe does the rounds of comfy spots and the guitar case is the latest, and I think a firm favourite! Beatrice doesn't move from her new sleeping bag if she can help it - she adores it. They certainly like their home comforts.
The biscuits went down very well on the chemo unit and the nurses got a good look in too. I had some good conversations with people and it was a great afternoon. Well worth staying up till the small hours baking last night!
Happy WOYWW,
