WOYWW - 704 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
We are here for another Wednesday at the Workdesk and here is:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the
Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

Yes I'm back in the cabin.
I've been working with resin again, it's a good rest from the C. Cards.

The little guy sitting on the top of the mould is a baby dragon. The other moulds are in the middle of being casted.
You can just see some moulds in the background that are coasters and another baby dragon, it is casted in two parts and then joined together when set.
On the left is a jar of small shells that I'm using in the moulds at the front.

I've been making some ring holders for Christmas presents with shells and jelly fish. This is one of the smaller ones.

Here is a collection of some of the items used in the moulding. Shells, Glitter, sand and artificial seaweed.

I remembered when I was in the cabin that I said I would get out my collection of Clarity stamps to show Sarah (at Sarah's Craft Shed) so here they are. Too many stamps that have been hidden away for far too long!

Yes there are two big boxes full.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Easter Cards.

Hi Bloggers and happy Easter.
I have been making Easter cards, as you might have guessed.

This started as an A3 sheet of paper (yes it was another Masterboard). My dear friend Gloria has strted calling me the Masterboard lady lol!
I sprayed the backgound with inks and then stamped the plants, grass and the hares with black Archival ink.
The next stage was to cut everthing to size and stamp the hares again this time onto the card blank.

I stamped the sentiment and then finally, attached the ribbon and brad and layered everthing.

The equipment used for this poject was:
  • Cosmic Shimmer mica inks.
  • Clarity Hare stamps.
  • The grasses and plant stamps are by Inkadinkado.
  • The 'happy' stamp is Woodware but not sure about the Easter stamp.
Thanks for stopping by to look at my desk today.

Hope you will leave me a little comment as I would love to hear what you think about this project.

Bye for now and happy crafting,
Angela x

Masterboard Monday

Hi Bloggists here is this weeks Masterboard ready for the next Christmas card.

I used a mica ink and sprayed this onto a smooth white card then stamped onto it with a Clarity stamp and a black Archival ink.
I stamped twice without adding extra ink to the stamp to give depth to the picture.
Also stamped below the main image to give the effect of a reflection.
Then spritzed the bottom section with water and blotted this.

Back with the card tomorrow.

Christmas cards

Hi Bloggdooers, just been over to Heidi's blog where she was showing some Christmas cards she had made, thought I would get this one out that I made last year to get me in the mood.

I sprayed the background paper, the trees are a Clarity Stamp, the sentiment was from Creative Expressions and I used Stickles Glue to add a little shine to the trees.
The shaped front was made with a Spellbinders die and the star was punched out.

I love things that move on cards and you can probably see better on this view that the stars are hanging from acetate strips.

And this is the inside. I always feel a card is incomplete without something nice inside lol!

Now all I have to do is decide what this year's cards will be lol!.
