Make it on Monday Journal Pages.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you another Ledger journal page:

This new journal page is based on 'The Sea'.

The top and bottom are done with Stencils and Distress Oxide inks and the centre is applied using a blending brush to create the background.

The bottom section is a stencil by Marianne Designs.

And the top is Altenew.

I decided I wanted this page to be full of smiles so I've put together a crab by Waffle Flower.

If you were around last week you may have seen these already.
And this is where one of them ended up.

I just love this crab die.

And all the other dies too actually that I used to create this journal page.

The glitter parts were done with Crafters Companion Glitter paste.

The sentiment was done with a Picket Fence stamp.

A few shiny shells, some white shadow lines, spots and of course more Stickles Glitter glue to finish.

Hope you like it.
I would love to hear your comments.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Angela xXx

Masterboard Monday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you a card made with this Masterboard:

Yes it's back again. Looks like I'm a bit obsessed with water at the moment, can't be helped Lol!

I've used the new fish by Kate Crane, the die is by Waffle Flower and the heart stamp is by Woodware.
I started by stamping the smaller fish along the side edges of the card blank.

Having die cut a pice of the Masterboard I then used the matching mask which is available from Waffle Flower to cover the areas I didn't want the stamp to show and then gradually coloured the fish using Tim Holtz Distress watercolour pencils.

I have added a fish over the top when everything was dry and Stickles Glitter glue to finish.

I would love to hear your comments.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Masterboard Monday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you a card made with this Masterboard:

It feels like some time since I did this as I've been otherwise occupied but I'm working my way back again.

This is one of the original masterboard backgrounds that I made using washing up liquid, a straw and inks to create bubbles.
If you like this technique and would like to see how I did it then the details are here:

Couldn't help but have a little play with the originals and this one was altered on PICASA, a photo editing program. I recommend it.

So what came next?

Some new and old stamps by Kate Crane.
I used some of the new ones to stamp directly onto the card blank and a seperate piece of card which I attached later before adding the bubble card.
The focal image are some older stamps and much loved.
I think they all work well with the bubble paper and hope you like it too.

I would love to hear your comments.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Angela x
