WOYWW 398 # What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

More crazy cats!

If you were here last week you may well think nothing has changed and you wouldn't be far wrong though I have done a little more at trying out the pastels.
I have never really got on with oil pastels but these are water soluble so you can use them like water colours too which is more like the way I like to work.

I stamped and embossed lots of 'Crazy Animals' before we came away which will be die cut when complete and added to cards and journals.
I have been working on these to try out the pastels between bath time and evening meal when I've not been having a nap Lol!
The top ones are shades of brown and oranges mostly and the ones below are pink and purples.

I know some of you were wondering where we've been, here we are.

The Three Valleys is the largest interlinking ski area in the world and the main resorts are Meribel, Courchevel, Val Thorens and Les Menuires but is surrounded by many smaller resorts such as La Tania, Saint Martin and Orelle which makes for lots of skiing as they all interlink and most are doorstep skiing.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to. I did manage to visit everyone last week that left comments and I will do that again but as you can imagine it may take me a while.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

Happy WOYWW. I am loving all of the crazy cats. Skiing is not something I ever incorporated into my life. My parents could not afford for me to go on the school ski trips, and I never went myself as an adult (despite saying I must one day). Now I would not be able to cope with the cold, so it is something I dream about occasionally. Ali x #7

Great colouring and I have to say those oil pastels are so versatile. Have you treat heat setting and embossing yet?? I also can't find Julia's comment button. Enjoy your skiing.

Hi Angela! The place you are staying sounds wonderful - except I would be in front of the fire, reading and sipping hot chocolate and letting everyone else ski! Looking forward to seeing what you use those crazy cats for! Thanks for sharing, Lindart #47

Awww loving the variations of cats.. too cute :)

I sometimes wonder about making a book full of embossed stamps to colour when I am bored or travelling or at hospital appointments.. it's a great idea.

Have a lovely week x

It sounds like a marvelous place to visit. Your crazy cats are looking good, and you'll have plenty of them to play with when you get back home. Blessings!

That's a great way to keep crafty away from home with just a minimum amount of supplies. I can see why those cats are called 'crazy' LOL! Enjoy the rest of your stay and don't forget to take lots of photos! Thanks for visiting earlier - I can only just return all the visits having been out of action yesterday. zsuzsa #14
