Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Hi Workdesk friends.
We are here for another Wednesday at the Workdesk and here is:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".
If you don't know what this is all about then please visit Sarah's Craft Shed and our host Sarah will explain.
So here is my desk for today!
The exploding box continues to wobble a bit more each week!
I've been working on this journal page for at least two weeks as I just can't decide how to finish it.
You can probably see better here that I've used two stencils.
One created the Sea Urchins and one for the water effect which was added over the top of the first stencil which gives the effect of it being below the Sea Urchins.
I finished these by adding two colours of Stickles Glitter glue.
The difficult part for me now is whether to add anything else.
Guess you'll have to wait and see!
So that's me done for today.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.
I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,
happy crafting,
Angela x

I like it. 👍
great journal page so far.. sometimes it's fine to just leave it as a background... you never know, inspiration may strike when you're working on something else! it often does for me. Happy WOYWW Helen #3
Love the page...sometimes less is more but only you will know for sure.

LOL! You know me, I will always say More is MORE :D. But I love it as it is, so either way it will finish as a lovely page for sure. Stickles? Crikey - I have been re-organizing (yes, AGAIN) and found my stash. Still lots that won't flow, but gosh they are still so fun and pretty I just can't bin them! Inspire me, so I can use them up... Stay safe, all.

I like it as it is and I would take notice of Helen - I regard you two as the Queen's of pages. Saying that we are not all alike and I think a word or two would be all that it can take.
I think I would be tempted to try a long Lighthouse without any colour, mainly an outline only. You could try one on a sheet of paper and hold it against the page before finally deciding.

This is looking beautiful and the shimmer is your flowers is delightful Michelle x
Qué buena creación. Me gusta el color y las flores. Genial!!! Un abrazo
Fabulous background, I usually leave backgrounds when I am not sure of the next step. Some are lovely just as they are. Hugs Angela #13
Super sea urchin page so far, look forward to seeing what you do with it now...Hugs BJ#9
Your journal page is beautiful - I love the layered of colour and text. I have not yet discovered the art of knowing when to stop but leaving work along for a while helps to reign me in a bit!! I'll look forward to seeing what you do with it.
Hope you have a good week,
Hugs, Diana xx #14
I love how patient you’ve been with your journal page, two weeks of careful layering really shows in the depth and texture. The sea urchins peeking through the water effect are gorgeous. I’m curious how you’ll decide whether to add more, sometimes leaving it as is makes it even more striking.
It's a lovely page as it is. That sea urchin stamp is perfect. x x Jo 🌈
The journal page is gorgeous, I love everything about it, the colours, the stamps, it’s really beautiful!

Love the journal page so far Angela. Perhaps lettering to make an inspiring quote over the top but not much more. Just back from my flu jab. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah
You never fail to amaze me with your creations - and now you've got me wondering two things. Will the exploding box blow up? And will there be any more on that journal page? I wait with bated breath!
Lovely page! I probably would add a mermaid and some fish, maybe a mermaid or sea quote...but that's just me! Have a great week, Lindart #15 PS-sorry about the purple square, I don't know how it got there, but Blogger did some upgrades with AI...
I love your stencilled pages but am not sure about my fungus. It doesn’t look so much like a rosy spike to me as the shape and colour look different.
Btw my name isn’t Linda, but Lynne.
Have a good week

I loved reading about your creative process as you work through your journal page. I think that's so fun, to see where it takes you too. Blessings, my friend!
