Hi Workdesk friends. 
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk. 
I am here again to show you:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

So here is my desk for today!

Not a lot going on but I do have some nice new stuff.

 

I can't wait to get time to play with these.

Please don't look at the Exploding Box as it's in a bit of a state at the moment cos. I've been so busy! Actually the rest of the desk looks okay but that's probably because I am between projects.

I already have the stamps that match with the Paper Artsy stencils so we are going to have fun with these!
 

So that's me done for today.

 These water soluble powders can be used in sprays when mixed with water and mixed with various mediums to create the most vivid colours.

Masterboard Monday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you a card made with this Masterboard:

 

 

It may look familiar as this is the second card I've made with this Masterboard but it is great for male cards.

It was put together using lots of old car tax discs which for some reason a friend of mine had collected and was having a clear out, of course we don't use any more. I have also used stencils and then sprayed it with inks.

 

The stamp is by Tim Holtz and the ink is Distress which I then splattered with water and removed some of the ink with a paper towel which gives the spotty effect.

The stamping is embossed with clear embossing powder and the sentiment is Tim Holtz dies.

The small black gems complete the design.

Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.
It doesn't look very exciting at the moment but I know there will be lots to smile about when it's completed.

 

More bricks have appeared in the park and building work is busy including a new bridge but can't show you that yet.

 

They have actually started putting the roof on some of the buildings.

 

As they say "It's a Walk in the Park"

 

And they've started renovating the bandstand too.

 

But not much else to show you really as I have been extra busy this week and not really had chance to take many photos but I'm sure I will make up for it next week, so watch this space.

Back at the Craft Barn - Seth Apter, Street Art.

So here is my desk for today!

 

I don't seem to have got very far with this Masterboard so I apologise, I have had other things on which you can see if you click here and some other stuff which is " For My Eyes Only" at the moment but you will get to see them, so I have to be excused.

I think this might be something I just keep coming back to until it's finished.

 

I've been colouring it with distress inks by rubbing them on my craft mat and applying them with a brush.

 

Quite fancy adding some Distress Oxides which might be fun! We shall see! Cos yes! I have them and I'm having fun trying them out, samples will follow soon.

 

So that's me done for today.
