Friday Fun Day.

     Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

We had a bit of a shock this week when the electric suddenly went off and you might know it was late at night.

Hubby did the best he could in the dark and realised it was something to do with the cable going to one of the filters attached to the pond.

Nothing could be done until the follwing day and we could not have known what we would find!

I wonder if you can imagine what this little guy had to do with it?

So the following day we went to try and find out what was going on. 

Hubby opened the box where all the cables are pluged in and there it was a tiny newt that had manged to creep in through one of the holes where the cables entered the box and it had managed to cause the electrics to fuse.

He was still alive but seemed rather dozy and wasn't moving very much so I found him a nice dark and damp place under a stone in the hope he'd get over his mishap.

Having sorted that we went into the park for a walk.

We have so many interesting old trees there.

When we got back we sat in the conservatory as usual for coffee and our usual visitor arrived and of course turned away as soon as I got the camera out.

They are so cheeky!

As we are approaching Halloween I thought it was time for Daisy and Alfie to change their costumes.

That seems appropriate.
