Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".
If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the
Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.
So here is my desk for today!
The desk is looking quite tidy, as I was ready to start a new project I needed some space so had a bit of a tidying up session.
The stamps on the desk are a set by Lisa Horton and were included in Creative Stamping Magazine #95.
The wooden thing is a very large peg which I've had in my stash for years and thought it was time I did something with it so we'll see.
There are a couple of metal steampunk Airships and the box holds all the equipment that I use regularly.
The red things to the right are some old red rubber stamps which I might get round to using soon.
These stamp really well and this is on vellum which can be tricky at times.
These have stamped nice and clear.
So that's me done for today.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.
I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,
happy crafting,
Angela x

All neat and tidy and ready for action. My work room functions on a "push back" basis - you will notice that I rarely show the full table!! xx Jo

Love the little bottle stamps. Will be fun to see what you create with them. I think I made a January statement to "TRY" to use the unused this year, I NEED to do it. Thanks for sharing Have a good week
I have those stamps too - I don't know why I keep buying these magazines but I can't resist the "free" stamps. They're all wasted on me anyway as I seldom use them but perhaps some day I will! Happy WOYWW Angela! xx zsuzsa #20
What a fantastic set of stamps - really like them and can see them being useful in many ways. I may have to investigate the magazine. Happy WOYWW. Take care and stay safe. With love & God Bless, Caro xxx (#9)
Such a lovely idea to stamp on vellum, and what a wonderful stamps! I love bottles and vases and all (have a few similar stamps myself) - usually without a lid or cork so I can paint flowers (or brushes) in it... you can put a 'message in a bottle' with your stamps! Thanks for visiting me just now (oh, and I have a part time job, but the other days are usually filled with housekeeping, writing lessons for the online workshop that I teach and - last but not least - my hubby needs some attention every now and than too ;) Big hug from Holland dear one!
Lovely bottle stamps, what gorgeous shapes some of them are - and to stamp on vellum they must be good. I can see you using these in lots of projects in the future.
I have a big peg which I use for displaying a card when I remember. That's what the Americans seemed to use them for.
Hugs, Neet 7 xx
Good Morning Angela, oooh I am excited to see how the clothes pin (peg?) turns out. ( I think I Have some stashed that never were altered) in fact, one of those suitcases in my space is filled with that type of thing as I had a friend in real life who that was her thing, altering stuff and I picked up quite a few things when we would go shopping together. I have been mentally thinking about either trying to finish this stuff off or getting rid of it and mostly I just think I am not ready for that one yet and I close the lid on the case. ~Stacy #29
Oooh, all the botles are sweet - I just saw a video on colouring plastic packaging with alcohol inks then stamping on it to cut out lovely bottles. Might be an idea - now where is that video?
Late start - best laid plans and all that…

That's a great stamp set, and I love the huge peg - can't wait to see what you do with it. I haven't moved so the address you have for me is the right one, and I have an address for you so if you haven't moved either we are all set to swap!
Have a great week,

That 'Big' peg looks intriguing Angela and so are those steampunk airships. Great set of stamps with the magazine and here's to seeing what you do with the stamping onto the vellum. Happy crafting too x.
I keep forgetting about my vellum. Those did stamp nicely on it.
Looking forward to what you do with that huge peg!
Have a wonderful week and thanks for popping by!

The giant peg looks a fun thing to make art out of, Angela, and I was very amused at Annie's comment about it!! Lol! Talk about putting on your Big Girl Panties, eh? The stamps look very interesting, particularly the glass vessels, which are always difficult to draw. Looking forward to seeing the development of all these goodies.
Thank you for your visit - glad you are enjoying our garden progressing through the spring, and I look forward to seeing some photos of your peonies in due course - such glorious big flowers, aren't they. That sounds like a good idea, covering the damson tree, but I think our apple tree is too big for that! I adore damsons and would love a tree - maybe I'll suggest it to my hubby if he thinks he can find room for one. Mum and Dad used to have a plum tree in their garden in Cambridge and it was fabulous - a really prolific producer.
Happy WOYWW,

Hi Angela! I have that stamp set, always think the mags with stamps are such good value but it's getting to the stage where I haven't even opened the last 4 sets - might be time to take a break for a while. Thanks for your earlier visit. Have a great week, stay safe, stay well, love n hugs Cindy #14
I got those stamps and mag yesterday, they just suddenly jumped into my basket! They may've even been on my desk. Happy Crafting and Happy WOYWW!? ((Lyn))#6
Those are great stamps from Lisa Horton Angela. Look forward to seeing what you do with the peg. Stay safe and Happy WOYWW. Sarah #3
Always fascinating, Angela, and I'm dying of curiosity to see what you're going to do with the peg. Now, please!?!!!!
Fab stamps - I can think of loads of uses for little bottles like that. Intrigued about how you will use the giant peg! Late to the party this week - stay safe and keep smiling, Lisa-Jane #8
I looked at that magazine and immediately for a while, I decided not to do, but now I have seen them out of the bag I am changing my mind! Have a great week Angela #23
Hi Angela - I love free stuff - but the magazines here in Australia cost a bomb anyway LOL!! I am just popping by to have a sneaky look - I am back to WOYWW after a long time out so seeing who's who and what's what LOL!!
Hope to catch up again soon - Cheers Maurs #33 xxx
Still trying to catch up with my commenting! Yesterday was Mother's Day here in Australia so after a lovely lunch and lots of fizz I didn't get anything else done...
Some useful looking stamps there! I noticed a large peg in a charity shop the other day and almost bought it, thinking I might do something with it...
Happy Woyww!
