Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.
As promised last week, I have taken more photos to show you what's going on in the park.
It's not too easy to see because it's all fenced off.
The council have managed to get donations for the materials and a kind builder offered to do the work to renovate the Wier.
Originally this had a covered pipe where the water from the lake flowed out. Part of the pipe has been removes and this has replaced it.
It will look lovely when it's finished and will keep you informed of it's development.
Apart from that I also went to the craft show at Doncaster on Sunday, some of you will have already seen the results of that on my blog.
I spent a lot of time at the Paper Artsy booth and bought one or two little items! Which definitely made me smile!
Leandra doing her thing.
I have been doing lots of gardening again but I will not bore you with more of that Lol!
So have a great weekend everyone and
thanks for stopping by.
And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your smiles too.

the picture of Leandra made me smile - you must have been either very early or late on that visit to the stand as there is no-one else there, very unlike Paperartsy, ha ha!!
It's always good to record the changes around usespwhen it improves our surroundings. They look to be doing a lively job.
Hugs,

Never been to the Doncaster show but must have been great watching Leandra in action.
Have a lovely weekend, Julie x
How interesting about the weir - where would the world be without volunteers and generous donors!
I can just imagine what you bought from Paper Artsy - some of those lovely little characters perhaps? I had to stop myself at Port Sunlight because Leandra made them looks so fabulous..... Hope you have a good weekend! Anne xx
I loved looking at your photos Angela. The weir is already looking lovely. How nice that a local builder offered to do the work.
Have a lovely weekend. Barbxx
The work on the weir is fascinating. Must be ever so for you as you can actually see it for real.
I smile whenever I see Leandra, she is one of my favourite people - thanks for showing her to us.
Hugs, Neet xx
I'm late, so happy weekend Angela. That's wonderful for folk to donate goods and time to renovate the weir - will be great to see it when it's finished. We had rain today at last so might me some gardening from me this week - I don't mind seeing more of your garden and efforts and glad you enjoyed the craft fair. Have a wonderful week, cheers Robyn
