Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.
Last Friday we went to Downtown near Grantham.
We popped into the garden centre which I love as there's always something intersting to see.
They look so sweet when they're this size but they don't always tell you they grow.
If you like fish tanks there are interesting things to entertain the fish.
And of course it's nearly Christmas so they had a singing bird.
So cute.
For most of the week I've been busy making Christmas cards then went for my eyes tested in town.
The centre of Lincoln was very busy as everyone waited for the Christmas lights to go on.
Definietly looks like Christmas is on it's way.
So many people and this was 5.00pm.
During a walk in the park I managed to photograph this bird sat in the top of a very tall tree, I wonder if you know what it is?
Of course we need a few funnies to finish.

Cute tortoises/turtles. As you know I love them, especially the big turtles. (But I wouldn't have one as a pet).
The garden centres with the large gift department, tearoom and sometimes craft department and even clothes, are unknown here in this part of Spain. They sell plants and pots. They're not even allowed to sell anything edible apart from some aromatic herbs.
I like the arge bird. I think it's supposed to be an owl.
I giggled at the funnies. Did you see I had a funnie about a schnauzer?

Our garden centre was a bit disappointing but I shall go again when the Christmas displays have been put away. Under the old management, I used to take my oldest group of nursery children there to see the fish and reptiles. Oh the excitement when they spotter Nemo!!
