Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week, well last week actually.

Some of you will recognise these places.

A bit further and we'll be at Maccelesfield.

This was the view from the hotel window, had we been staying for longer I would have liked to sit out there.

The following day we all got together to meet up with old friends that used to work together, mostly teachers.
It was great to see them all again.

This week has actually been spring cleaning which I am sure you don't want to see.

However, I have been in the garden too and the Bluebells are looking so pretty.

Pink ones here.

Blue and white.

Beautiful Lilac bushes.

They have done particularly well this year.

The tulips are coming to an end but they still look pretty.

We're down the bottom of the garden here where I keep the Bonsai which are waking up right now.

This is not a view I show you very often and yes we have a large garden.
Our house is the one behind the tree in the distance.

We need a smile to finish I think.

And here's Alfred helping with the gardening with his favourite toy 'Little dog' and a stick.

Schnauzers are so clever.

When they are not being naughty!

Though sometimes being naughty may require some help from a companion.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

Leave me a comment and I'll pop over to see what you've been up to this week too.

Your garden is beautiful. And yes, enormous. A lot of work but definitely worth it.
Yes, I know Macclesfield well (My sister has a house in Prestbury not far from Macclesfield). Sounds like you had a great reunion.
Your bonsais look very healthy. Beauties!
Have a lovely weekend,
Lisca

That is one huge garden. It is a good thing I don't have that much to look after. I couldn't manage it on my own, and I won't get any help from Chris this year.
I am not at all familiar with the places you have travelled to - I'm a real southerner. Oswestry is going north for me! But the hotel looks very pleasant and it is always good to meet up with old friends.
I love your lilac tree. Maybe I cas find a corner for one here next year. This year I am just concentrating on getting some flowering perrenials in the border to give me some colour. Kate x

I remember when you were building this garden! It looks wonderful! I've never had a scottie dog, but they do look very clever! Sorry I'm so late this week, busy few days! 🌸Lindart #15🌹
