Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Hi Workdesk friends.
We are here for another Wednesday at the Workdesk and here is:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".
If you don't know what this is all about then please visit Sarah's Craft Shed and our host Sarah will explain.
So here is my desk for today!
I'm working on a borrowed computer at the moment as my laptop is not at all well but will do my best to keep in touch with you all.
Anyway this is my desk for today.
You might have guessed by now that this is not my usual desk but the one I have at the Craft and Chat club which was Saturday.
This was the beginning before everyone arrived as the tables were full later on, it's a lovely church hall.
We were making Peekaboo cards.
So much fun, I'll be making more of these for sure.
When you open the card the inner part moves forward to show the hidden section. I've stamped my sentiment there.
This card was made with Stamperia papers, sticky backed fish, die cut tentacles and Stickles Glitter Glue.
I will be putting the instructions for this card on my blog very soon......when my laptop returns or the new one arrives!
So that's me done for today, nice and quick.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and visit the other desks.
I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,
happy crafting,
Angela x

sorry about your laptop woes! the peek-a-boo cards look great. What a love big space you have for your classes. Happy WOYWW Helen #1
Oh dear. It's so sad to lose a trusted technology and need to replace it. Good luck hunting up the perfect one. Stamperia papers are always so pretty, and who doesn't love a peek-a-boo card? I know I do! Happy on-time WOYWW!

What a lovely bright hall, a great place to meet up for a crafting session! The cards are fab, really cheerful and happy 🥰🥰. Boo to your poorly laptop though, hope you get it fixed!
Hugs and Happy Easter!

Sorry about your laptop. Mine’s having a wobbly too. Your crafting meeting and Peekaboo cards look fun.
Happy WOYWW and Easter

Sorry about your laptop. Mine has been acting up, but I think it is because I have too much stuff on it. I am trying to go through the folders and delete a few, but I think that is harder than tidying my craft room🤣.
I was wondering what thickness your ledger book pages were. I have got two from Indigo Blu and they are 170 gm. I also bought the Mixed media art papers, which seem slightly thicker. I really like them, but they are so vibrant and colourful they either need toning down for backgrounds or using in smaller pieces. Have a great Easter, hugs Angela
Sorry to hear your laptop is poorly, hope you can sort it out. Super card at club, yes the hall looks lovely. Hugs Bj#6
Hi Angela thanks for letting me know. I’ve fixed the link. Hugs Lynnecrafts
That's a fab venue for your crafting groups. I love the little Peekaboo cards - a clever and really useful idea. I'm sure you'll find lots of ways to use it. x x Jo 🌈
Happy Belated WOYWW. Hope you get a fabulous new laptop. Love those cards. I do miss going to a regular craft club. It is fun going to workshops, but I often don't see the other attendees again. Happy Easter. Ali x #11
Computer issues are so annoying. I love the peekaboo card you made, with that fun mechanism. Blessings!
Look forward to the instructions for the peekaboo card - definitely something I would like to try...
Happy Easter and Happy WOYWW! Susan #10
Hi Angela so sorry to hear about your laptop, it is so annoying when tech lets you down! Weirdly, for some reason I no longer see your photos when I look at your blog. They open but but I have to click on them first. Just been the last few weeks. Why? I can't see the video at all but I bet it works great. Still no time to craft here and we've also started on the Spring Clean and the garden. No peace for the wicked.
You have a lot of ladies at your craft club! I always enjoy mine and get something done though it's often more about the cake and the chat!!
Sorry for the generic comment, but I wanted to at least show my face before the next WOYWW comes around. Happy belated WOYWW. Sarah
