Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.
My dear friend came to see us this week and we called in the Guest House where she was staying.
These old Victorian houses look like nothing from the outside but just wait till you see the inside.
They do tend to be long and narrow.
It's well set up for visitors.
The bedrooms are charming.
It is brilliantly clean and not a bit of dust in sight.
So many lovely things to see. None of the modern boring stuff.
These lights are just my sort of thing.
The garden is just as interesting but I'll show you that next week.
If you get the chance to visit Lincoln this would be a lovely place to stay and you can walk into the City from here too though it's not the Uphill part.
Afterwards we went to our's for lunch and my friend gave me these beautiful flowers.

Hoew wonderful your friend from France came to see you. I too love that Victorian house. I often see these sort of houses on Homes under the Hammer (or similar programs) and they end up being modern on the inside. This is much more in keeping.

That is an 'ordinary house' from the outside, but quite surprising inside. A lovely place for your friend to stay, and some beautiful flowers thatshe gifted to you.
I looked back at your craft club makes, and although the first card is not one I would make it was fun, and the second one was lovely and more my style. Kate x
