Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.
I've spent as much time as I could in the cabin this week to continue my sorting but the afternoons have been too hot so been doing some crafting in the house too.
There's still lots to do.
However it's been pond jobs this week too.
If you keep Koi you have to keep the water in good condition.
We have two filters and this is the older one which is biological and open at the top which is why we often find visitors in there the other is a pressureised filter all closed easy to keep clean.
I'm not sure weather this guy might be risking things a bit as frogs will eat snails and slugs.
He's so cute.
And finially my beautiful Hydrangers, so pretty.

Hi Angela. Despite what I say in todays post, I have a nasty suspician than I didn't visit anyone last week! Sorry if that is so. I an imagine how hot your cabin is in the afternoons, much like my craft room. But with the fan on, it is just about bearable in the morning.
I like your filter visitor. I hope he has a mate so you get some spawn and tadpoles to feed the koi. (I think ours used to eat them anyway).
Some lovely flowers to bring a spot of colour to the garden.
The guesthouse your friend stayed in had interesting grounds too.

I didn't know frogs would eat snails.... Can they get through their shell?
I love your little metal guy under the filter box. He's cute.
The hydrangeas are beautiful and the spider... what can I say.... he/she looks ready to pounce!
