What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday - WOYWW248

Hi Blogging friends  what a great week since the last WOYWW, for those of you who are not clear what this is, drop into the Stamping Ground
where Julia has the information you need.

This week I have been busy working on a card using the Masterboard that was on my desk last week.
I decided to turn this into a 'Mother's Day' card.
If you look below, on the left side, are all the bits cut up from the masterboard, plus some other matching card.

I haven't quite finished this project as I had to stop and make a sympathy card so I have that on my desk too.
I thought while I was at it I would make a few sympathy cards but hope I don't need to use them.

Just a reminder of the Masterboard.
This is what it looked like before I cut it up.

And this is where I am with it now.
Not quite finished though.

When I have completed it I will post the instructions for making.
Probably towards the end of the week.
So that's it folks, have a nice week.

Back soon,
Angela x

As promised my first visit of the week, absolutely LOVE your Mother's Day creation it is amazing. Still don't really know what a masterboard is but never mind. Always handy to have sympathy cards made as you often don't feel like it when the time comes and it does come for us all. Gosh that got a bit morbid - oops. Have a great week BJ#67

Hey Angela! as a crafter who has blogged about master boards this very week, I'm delighted to see I'm not making it all up. This is lovely, what a great result you've got from it.

Because I had to scroll down to see your desk post, I was able to read the masterboard piece you wrote above, so I was familiar with what was on your desk.
Thanks for visiting me yesterday. Happy slightly late WOYWW from #1.

Having googled master-board, I now know what this is all about! What a terrific idea! The box you have made is simply stunning. Sorry you had to make a sympathy card, but it does look very beautiful, and I am sure it will be well received. Thanks for your visit and your nice comment - I am feeling much better now, thank you, although still coughing, but I antiipate that will stay around for a while at least! Not too much time for my ARTHaven at the moment as I'm busy wrestling with codecs and video formats as I learn some powerful new video editing software. Not enough hours in the day!!

Happy belated WOYWW,
