Masterboard Monday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Here today to show you the Masterboard my friend Gloria sent me and some of the cards I've made with it.

This week I have been looking to make thin cards to send by post. Those of you who live in the UK will understand that due to the higher postage charges it is necessary to make cards slim if they are to go by post.

So here we go.
This is the Masterboard my friend Gloria sent me. I love the colours she used.

I have used the Woodware Noel stamp for this,
stamping on the Masterboard, some blue card and the card blank then cut out the letters.
The backgound is a snowflake mask and the ink used is Dusty Concord Distress Ink.
I have die cut a large snowflake using Tim Holtz Paper Snowflakes Thinlits die.
After attaching everything I completed the card by adding Stickles Glitter Glue and mounting a strip of the masterboard onto card to frame the base.

This card is done in a similar way to the first with the difference that I stamped a small Tim Holtz tag and attached it to the snowflake.

These are two quite simple cards to make but I think they work and I have only used a small amount from the Masterboard so there will be more to follow soon.

Thanks for stopping by
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

Thanks for your return visit, Angela. Yet another week when I won't be joining in WOYWW - I'm back at the hospital tomorrow having a procedure under general anaesthetic - I should be home by lunch time depending on how it goes.
