Friday fun Day with Smiles

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.
I would like to tell you that this will be the final visit to the garden but I can't promise as I have to keep going as long as the weather is good as you never know what might happen next.
As you can see the weather was lovely which makes this task quite enjoyable really.
This is a photograph of the back of the garden taken from the very bottom, you can just see the house.

If I turn round this is what you would see.
Bonsai, pergola and fence.

As you can see it's a big garden which is quite common here with older houses even quite small ones.

Nearly got it all into neat piles.

This is a view from the other direction.

And while we were out there we had a fly pass.

It's not uncommon to see the Lancaster and Spitfires going over but I am not normally quick enough to get my camera out so this was a lucky shot really.

Despite all this we did manage to get a walk in this week which was nice.
Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

You have a lovely garden Angela...it reminds me very much of the one we left behind at our old house. I do miss it lots but I don't miss all the work that went with it to keep it nice. I'm happy to share yours now so thanks for sharing it.
Hugs,
Annie x

Your garden really is beautiful Angela. What a wonderful place to relax.

We sometimes have the old aircraft fly over our cottage and I always feel excited to see them. However we have more of the modern jets which appear and are then gone. The noise is sudden and very loud. I've been in the garden at times and the sound actually does take my breath away.

Enjoy your walk and have a lovely weekend. Barbxx

Hi Angela,

What a wonderful garden you have! I love all the green. I need to trim back the russian sage in my tiny little space - which hopefully won't be mine much longer!!!

Have a wonderful weekend.

Hugs,
Kay

Happy Friday Angela, I do so love your garden - very English and so nice and large...way too many new homes being built in Australia are on such small blocks there's no room for garden, trees and pity help children who might like to play or have swing outside...thankfully we are on a large old block too. Enjoy your weekend hugs Robyn

You have certainly got a big garden therre, and I know from the one we had in UK, that means a lot of work. But what a lovely day you had to tackle some of the clearing up. It is all so lovely and green and looks very peaceful. I hope you have some more sunny dys to enjoy it before the Winter really sets in. Kate x (Sorry I am so late visiting this week).
