WOYWW 455 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

Working on a door hanger this week.
A few new stamps which I bought when I went to Crafter's Companion shop (not the mould).

New stash from The Craft Barn too.
The stamp is an older one but they had it on offer and I rather like it. They still have their sales on the go.

The little butterfly die looks like it will be useful. I cut out lots of the images to go on the door hanger.
And ended up with this left-over sheet which would make a good embossing folder or stencil so we'll see.

I also have a similar sheet from cutting out the insects too.

And a better view of one of my batty friends. I know some of you aren't keen on bats but these two have quite cute faces and are very furry.

And if you didn't get to see it this is the finished card that was on my desk last week.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

I’m looking forward to seeing what you do with your door hanger....and where you will hang it. I love that you think of more ways to use your stash than just how they are intended.
Hope you have a great week.
Hugs,

Like the butterflies I have a thing about them and use them where I can. Your bat reminds me I haven't seen mind recently. I think they live in the room on the roof of the house infront of me and I see them flying around at night. Ani #2

Happy Belated WOYWW! I love all your new goodies, and it's a great idea to save the cut outs. And bats are fine; just not in the house! Thanks for stopping by and offering the tip on spraying water on the gel medium. I do that with my Dylusions paints. Have a great week.

Hello to the cute bats! And to you too of course! Thank you for the gentle hugs, those are always nice! Glad your trip to the dentist was uneventful! I love your new stash, especially the flower one - actually its the circles I like best on that one! And I can see that those die cut outs would make great stencils! Have a great week, and thanks for your visit, Lindart #29

Retirement is definitely the time to have bats in your belfry and yours looks very friendly. My hubby is on the mend and his cheerful self is returning. I am so thrilled to be home and checking WOYWW as I have spent the past 2 days in freezing doctors offices(the cold was unexpected and we were considering AC). Thanks for writing.
Hugs Monica

Hi Angela, I was relived to see it was a stuffed bat :) I think I would have freaked if it had been a live one with roam of the inside of the house. lol. ( I know someone who really does, not tame one. ones that broke into an old homes attic) ~Stacy #32

Hi Angela. Some wonderful new stash there today - and I like the card you made - welcoming spring with those lovely colours. Mr and Mrs D are now well underway coming East - had got as far as Nantwich when I spoke earlier. I hope I'll get to meet you too, when they finally move in.
Take care. God bless.
