WOYWW 456 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

I have loads of wool rovings from when I used to do wet felting and thought it would be nice to do some needle felting so to get me started I've bought these two kits which have really good instructions and all the stuff you need to make the hares so here goes! I will obviously let you see how I go on with these.

  • You may also notice the leaflet relating to Gelatos as I've been using those this week.
  • Some old wooden block stamps on the left. I really need to make more use of some of the older stash.
  • Just below those is a packet of Paper clay with a butterfly mould on top which I have also used this week.
  •  Gesso bottle towards the back which is always in use.
In case you didn't get chance to see it here is my latest card offering:

We've just started the new challenge over at Crafty Cardmakers if you're interested.
So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

Morning!! I shall have to post a picture of my needlefelt mouse (cue hysterical laughter, it's just a blue blob which took AGES). I thought I'd try needlefelting as something I could do while watching telly but the noise of the needele going in and out offends OH so that didn't last five minutes. Still have a ton of wool. Gelatos - I keep looking at mine and wondering exactly why I thought they were any different to the array of product I already have. Will watch with interest! Happy WOYWW Cindy #19

Hi Angela, love the card. LLJ will be after that Hare, lol. My son had a go at doing some needle felting back last year, and made me a penguin. He did say his fingers have never been so sore & full of holes! Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #3 XxX

I never liked doing needle felting as I am allergic to the wool. I just love what people make with wool felting. SO now you have a good time with a new winter hobby.

Hi Angela, really sorry to be so long replying to your lovely comment - I've had a really busy week and exhausted in between, and also having boring Internet problems - really slow, pics not loading properly etc. Not sure if it was due to the bad weather but it's still really slow at times even though all the snow has gone now. Anyway, thank you, and I'm glad you like my new rack and my purple piece! Looking forward to seeing your needle felting efforts. I haven't done any felt for ages...

Happy very belated WOYWW,
