Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week and it's been quite busy too.

I went to Doncaster craft show at the weekend. This show is at the Racecourse which was lovely as the weather was so nice and we were able to sit out side on the terrace.
Anyway a few photos here:

Create and Craft were there filming one of their shows:

This was quite early and it did get busy later on.

And coffee on the terrace, very nice!

Obviously walking in the park, not enough according to the dogs.
The park is looking lovely with all the gorgeous daffodils.

We go away for one week and they've put a new bridge in!

Building coming along nicely too.

Our little friends are back and have been checking out the nest box.
Sorry the photo isn't brilliant as I took this through the window.

So that's me done for today and look forward to seeing what you've been up to.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

Sorry there's nothing going on here as the desk is full of stuff I brought back from the craft show at Doncaster.
All those Memory Box dies were half price, what a bargain!

That's a metre of fabric at the back right hand side,
I have plans for that Lol!

These were the stamps I actually intended buying as I needed some new sentiments.

And I can show you this now as it's posted today.
You see I do make things sometimes!
Hope you like it.

Details of where to find the tutorial for making this can be found on the post below if you're interested.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Crafty Cardmakers Challenge 185 # Spring into Spring.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi! back again to tell you that it's time for another challenge over at Crafty Cardmakers.

Peggy is hosting our challenge today and the theme is Spring into Spring.

With the Spring Equinox having just occurred here in the UK earlier this month we are hopefully springing back into life with new births and buds and flowers appearing on the trees so we would love to see your Spring themed projects. This can include New Birth as well as flora and fauna.

As usual you can enter anything that suits the theme, cards; scrap layout; mixed media piece; home décor; just as long as it has a Spring theme.

And please remember our 15 total challenge rule!

Here is my project, hope you like it.

I have had these lovely papers for some time and this seemed like a good time to use them.
I enhanced the lovely image card with Stickles Glitter Glue and 3D glaze. The little bunny at the bottom right is from Paper Chase.

Hope you like my card and if you would like to join in the challenge just
pop over to see what the rest of the DT have been up to and show us your gorgeous projects.

I look forward to seeing what you come up with.
Happy crafty card making.

Angela xXx

Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

I went to the Hobbycraft Show at Birmingham at the weekend which was interesting.
There was as much fabric stuff there as paper crafting.

This is one of my favourite pieces that was on show, just love it.

And this great big cardigan being exhibited.

The Back.

A few close-ups.

So much work!

The Front.

That is some knitting Lol!

But so as not to bore you too much here are a few photographs of some of the stitch work too.

It doesn't look very busy here but it did later in the day.

Hope you enjoyed a quick view of the show.

I'm going to finish off with a photograph of Maisie and Stan when we brought them back from the kennels.
It certainly made me smile Lol!
Obviously bath time makes you very tired!

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

WOYWW# 407 What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

Not very exciting as I am working on something I can't show you yet but if you look closely you may get a clue as to what I'm using and I don't mean this below.
New toy for me to play with and maybe something with fabric to follow who knows!

A pile of Tracy Scott stamps might be a closer clue though.
You will just have to wait and see my friends!

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.

Masterboard Monday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you a card made with one of my  Masterboard:

This was a large A3 sheet that I sprayed with mica inks and then cut into pieces.
If you need a quick card then this technique will work brilliantly.

I decorated each piece that I used rather than the whole sheet but so what!
This is my Masterboard and I'll do it how I like Lol!

And the die cut embellishments I used are here.

And a few samples of how I played with these before making deciding how to complete the design.

It was difficult to decide which ones to use as I love them all.

So simple and quick, if you can make your mind up Lol!
Effective! But what do you think?

I have lots of pieces of card like this and I am sure you probably do too so get them out and have fun!
Now let's see how to complete this one!!!

I would love to hear your comments.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Angela x

Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week, well last week actually.
Some of you asked me how they got on with the car last week.... well here are the results of their efforts.

They dug it out and pushed it to the road after making a new road to push it on. I think they were desperate to go somewhere Lol!

The SFR Freestyle tour (skiing events) was on while we were there too.

This was the day they packed up to leave, loads of stuff!.

The French army were on Manoeuvres.

And of course so were the piste bashers.

And the start of the trip home.

Rather than bore you I will finish here with a few photos of the lovely town of Annecy.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.
