WOYWW 444 # What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

Just had to stop making Christmas cards for a while though there are a few unfinished in the brown tub front/right, as there are more birthdays on the way.
So today there are Kim Dellow stamps on the desk and to the right of those some cards I've started using with these stamps.

I did tidy the exploding box and maybe it's not quite so bad today?????

You can just see my Tim Holtz stamp positioner right at the front in it's case.
The Stickles spinner looks a bit precarious up there for some reason but it might just be the angle of the photograph.

I have plans for the new year to shift the box of mediums at the far left, they may end up on the floor Lol! We shall see.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

Thankfully we’ve finished the rounds of birthdays for the year here and I can concentrate on Christmas....not that I’ve got a lot of time for that either at the mo.

Hi Angela, I'm sure a short break from Christmas cards will do the world of good. I'm not very far on with mine but I have 5 December birthday cards to make so I've had to take a break too. Hope you manage to get everything done. Sarah #9

Morning Angela. All go at your end, I see. This is all making me feel incredibly lazy... not done a thing for three weeks! All will get done, and Christmas will arrive whether we are ready or not, so.... there we go, hey ho, I'm afraid is my thought this year!
Take care. God bless.

Sticklers Spinner sounds like a good name for a folk group whereas Exploding box could be a punk rock band :-D

I think your exploding box looks very tidy! I just have one card to do for my brother (always try and do one a bit more intricate than the year before!) and then I can get onto "proper"/"normal" crafting - hurrah!! Helen #1 (oh and I will of course still make the cards next year, always say it never do it!)

I always love to see people's work desks even though I have not played in Julia's challenge for years. Your desk looks very creative, you may just have inspired me to play along once again. Have fun with the rest of your cards!!

Hi Angela, the exploding box is looking quite slim. I like how you have everything within easy reach. I didn't realise there were cases for the stamping platform, but there are cases for everything else, so May be father Christmas will bring me one. Have a lovely week, Heather #22

ooh Yes, I need to do that too ( have early January Birthdays that I need cards for still) I wonder if a rolling cart would work? that you could move somethings to it and push it out of the way while you are working? ( I have one in my closet full of paints and such. ~Stacy #27

Yep, the exploding box is looking a lot less likely to go bang! I hope you're wearing a hard hat to craft with the spinner there x

It all looks very organised, Angela, and well done getting on top of the exploding box. I've got the same Stickles spinner and I've been trying to find the paperwork from when I bought it (just before we moved house so it probably went missing) - Diana Taylor is interested in it - can you remember where you got yours? I searched online but it no longer seems to be available. Thank you for your lovely comment which made me smile - what indeed have we been up to!!! It wasn't me, guv, honest... We're doing OK now that we've got into a better routine and got helpers lined up for lifts and bins and things like that. He's been out and about quite a bit and I'm anxious to prevent him overdoing things and just getting about on the crutches is quite an ordeal. Back to the fracture clinic tomorrow so we'll see what they say about his progress.

Happy belated WOYWW,

Your desk look very creatively busy today! I just hope the Stickles don't fall on your head as you are madly stamping one day! LOL! I almost didn't go to the gym after all, but made myself go anyway! It's so easy to talk ourselves out of things that are good for us! Thank you for your visit! Have a great week, Lindart #34

Had the break whilst visiting the German Christmas Markets and now don't want to get back to the "C" cards at all. Going to have to!
Love your precarious Stickles tray, looks very unsteady - has it been at the Gluhwein?
Hugs & Thanks for visiting me - Neet

Hi Angela, thanks for your reply - much appreciated. Don't worry too much if you can't find any info about the spinner because I told Diana I'd do some detailed drawings of mine and she has a tame woodturner who might make one for her! I'm up to my eyes at the moment and shan't have time for a while though.

Please don't be taken in by my "harp lesson" only just started back after a year of not having any! Have been given a grade 3 piece to learn, it's proving a bit tricky! LOL Thanks for the visit last week, not sure where the week went, bit late replying, oops BJ#28
