WOYWW# 458 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

I'm working on Easter cards at the moment.

Some of you may remember that I have die cut some butterflies and insects and rather than waste the left over card I have used them to create a stencil and an embossing folder.

You can see here how I used the embossing folder and then went over it with Distress Oxide ink which makes the butterflies stand out.
Not quite decided what to do with them yet.

Now what you are looking at here is waiting for my return as we are not actually there and this is really my desk for this week.

I have brought something with me just in case of bad weather but as you can see so far this little sketch book hasn't had any use which is a good sign!
I'm guessing lots of you will have worked out what I'm doing this week.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to. I may be a bit occupied today but I will be round to see you all it might just take me a bit longer.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

It's really on my to-do list Angela, I've been saying it for far to long but I really do intend to join in with this very very soon.
Lovely things await on your desk.
Hope you get chance to have a little creative play whilst away but enjoy the break and mindfulness if you don't and come back refreshed.
Creative wishes Tracey x

Hope you are having a great holiday, Angela. I've done my Easter cards so feeling smug for once. Can't wait to see your finished ones. I like the idea of how you've created things with your waste.

Lovely papers!
And the pencils and the stamped image
gave me the lust to make some colouring.

Hope the snow stays good for you - the helmet gave it away if I am right?
Maybe a bit of 'apres' will get you working in your sketch book.
Have a great time!

Are you skiing? That's my guess. Too cold for me, if I went on a ski trip I would be sitting in front of the fire the whole day! Your Easter card peek looks lovely, and those butterflies would make a great card background! Have a great week, and thanks for your visit! Lindart #32

Hope you’re really enjoying your active holiday! The butterflies looks great, really good inking makes them stand out really well. I haven’t even thought about Easter cards, have so many other things to make cards for at the end of March. Must try harder!

I love your butterfly embossing folder - what a clever idea! The DOs really bring the butterflies out. Hope you are having a fabby holiday! Thank you for your lovely comment - glad you like all the flowers I made. I made far too many as it turned out, but I had lots to choose from that way, and some were starting to run out by the end. The mystery project is all but finished in time for Monday when we are meeting up with the recipient (snow permitting) and then it will be the Big Reveal.

Happy belated WOYWW,
Shoshi #27
