Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week. It's a quick show today as the internet went down just when I was trying to do this yesterday but guess that's life as they say!
The garden is so pretty at this time of the year.
Yes I know this is a thistle but I like the flowers so I left it to grow.
It's very prickly but sweet all the same.
Yet more plants that have arrived from I don't know where but they are lovely too.
So much for building houses here. After clearing the ground it looks like this.
Nice wild flowers though.
And the park.
we now have a path again which is nice.
All the work stuff is disappearing.
The Cygnets are growing really fast.
Because I'm late getting this post finished there are no dog funnies today but you might like to make up your own caption for this.
I actually took this photo in the park this morning while walking the dogs and it's so lovely and the ladies were so willing to let me take it.
It may be obvious that it's raining here today!
Some of you may know what this is all about and if you don't I'll show you the results next week.
I'm off to the Craft Club tomorrow and can't wait.
Have a great weekend everyone and
thanks for stopping by.
And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your smiles too.Angela x

Roll on the craft club. Take me with you. I’m in need of crafty company.
I’ll even settle for sitting in the rain with the ladies. That’s how desperate I am for good company haha.
Enjoy
Lynn xx
Your garden is looking pretty with all the flowers and the park is looking so much better now. I love all the ladies with their umbrellas 😀 I’m looking forward to seeing the results of the skip next week.
Hugs,

Hi Angela, love the picture of the ladies that made me smile. Also you are a woman after my own heart (so to speak ) Most people do not see the beauty in the less glamorous flowers, I do. I love wild flowers, Thistles, Dandelions Daisies and more. I find them so sweet to see. Thanks for your beautiful post this week.
Hugs June x
Hi, Angela,
It has been fun watching this process. The flowers are lovely and the path looks great. Looking forward to seeing what "This" is all about!
Hugz,

I love the garden, and the park is looking great too.Weeds are only plants growing in the wrong place - embrace it I say! What a lovely group of ladies enjoying time together even in the rain! Have a great time at craft club tomorrow. no prizes where I'll be.
There's no such thing as a weed. As Helen rightly says, a weed is a plant in a place where it is not wanted. I love thistles too. We have huge ones growing along the side of the road here. They are as tall as I am.
I read in your Wednesday blog what you are skip diving for. Looking forward to seeing the result.
How wonderful to be able to go to a craft club. I really miss crafting with others.
I did smile at the photo with the ladies in the rain. They are having such fun. (Only in England!)
Have a lovely weekend,
Hugs,
Lisca
That area out back of your house looks like my back yard. Your yard looks fabulous, though. To me that is a beautiful "flower."
The park is starting to look good. You will love it when it is completely finished.
Soon the cygnets will be full grown. They are already starting to change colors.
Great photo of the ladies in the rain, but I can't think of a cute caption.
We call those dumpsters. I look forward to seeing the rocks you collect. Have a super weekend, Angela.
