WOYWW -804- What's on your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
We are here for another Wednesday at the Workdesk and here is:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit
Sarah's Craft Shed and our host Sarah will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

Now this should make you smile cos it's a mess!
Been busy prepping some cards for my friends.
They are not card makers but like to make a few C. cards and I don't mind getting something ready that they can manage to complete in a few hours.

Your words about my felting last week were so kind. My interest in so many techniques comes from my years of teaching textiles and art but from being a little girl I loved making things it's just how I am.
However this can be a problem as I flit from one thing to another and have far too much stuff but I am working to try and use it up.

So another mushroom this time felted onto fabric following the class with Sophie Wheatley.
Hope you like it.
Now I'm back into it again there's sure to be be more to follow so watch this space.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww

and
happy crafting,

Angela x

Another desk with lots going on - mine is practically empty as I've done nothing! I am sure your friends will love their card session! Happy WOYWW Helen #2

It’s always fun to see your desk as you can never tell what’s going to be on it, resin, paints, card, fabric! That toadstool is genius, I love it! Do you use fewer or thinner bit of rovings when felting as it doesn’t look as thick in texture as some others I’ve seen?

That toadstool is magic. Love it. I'm like you in that I flit from craft to craft and I never know what I will get obsessed with on any given day. I just enjoy so many crafts. I'm not a cardmaker, but every 6 months or so I sit down and make a pile for the year. Love knitting but I have as many in-progress items as finished ones (ok, not quite, but a lot) and I have 4 or so journals on the go....keeps me busy for sure. This week my desk is pretty bare, but that;s OK with me.
Lunch cancelled due to illness so I'm here
Happy WOYWW.

Wow, love that you're putting stuff together for a non card makers card making session, it's so nice to share your hobbies! That toadstool is really something Angela, I feel as if I could just reach out and pick it!

Wow I really love the latest toadstool Angela. I love to have several things on the go too...bit like a butterfly. My problem is I also have to keep my sewing/crafting room tidy enough for my customers to come in.

Your shroom is gorgeous. I love seeing red with white spot caps on shrooms in art - would love to see one in real life. A friend of mine posted a red one like this that she found on a walk.
Your little bio about yourself mirrors me to a "T". Must get dh to find my felting that I once did (have loads of rovings in a tin unused) - but it's not ass advanced as yours is.
What a lovely gesture to make bits for someone else to make cards with.

Love your toadstool. You could be describing me, as I tend to flit around different types of art and craft. At least you regularly produce something! Happy WOYWW. Angela #13

Lovely felting once again, Angela. I think flitting from one thing to another is truly the embodiment of a creative, so good on you for listening to the muse!

Gorgeous felting Angela! When I was growing up I had my hand in everything, I had a big Encyclopedia of Crafting that was into all the time, and spent a lot of time jumping round as well. I'm glad I finally narrowed it down a bit! But the flitting is still there, especially with Fodder School! Lovely messy desk this week! Lindart #15
