Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.Another busy week here, hubby was back from his meetings on Sunday then we fetched the dogs back from the kennels on Monday and off to the supermarket.
Alfie soon made himself comfy again at the bottom of the stairs.
He likes it there as the sun shines in through the front door and onto the stairs, as soon as it goes away so does he.
He's giving me that look because I woke him up when he was enjoying a nap in the sun, he doesn't look impressed either.
Tuesday went for the car, she is looking a bit sad at the moment but the old girl will look better when she's been to the body shop for her paint job and in the afternoon it was felting club.
The guys in the background are hubby and Paul the welder.
Hubby's the bald one with the short beard and Paul the welder is the one with the long beard. He is amazing. It was these two who rebuilt the car about twenty five years ago and Paul is the only one that I trust to work on her.
Not bad for a 1972 car, she was about six years old when we got her so she's definitely a family memeber.
Wednesday is WOYWW so spent some time visiting the blogs to see what everyone was up to and then went to see our friends for a catch up.
Thursday needed to get my bags ready for the Craft club on Saturday, one of the other ladies is doing the class this month so needed to make sure I have everything I need to join in.
Oh and my laptop decided to play up but it's sorted now.
Friday is housework day as I would normally do that on Saturday but hate having to do it when I get back from the craft club so try to get it done Friday if I can but don't worry I'll get round to see all of you first.
I'm off to get the stitches removed from my arm on Monday so fingers crossed that goes okay.
Look away now if you don't want to see the stitches.
The flowers in the garden are starting to show their faces.
The purple one is pretty but no idea what it is.
The Camillia are starting to flower too.
Better go now so I'll finish with a funny.
Have a great weekend everyone and
thanks for stopping by.
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your smiles too.

I look forward to seeing what your craft group come up with this week.
The little purple flower is a type of anemone called a windflower. Isn't it pretty? And the camelia is beautiful too.
Your arm looks as though it has healed well, and it will be more comfortable without the stitches.
You car is looking amazing for hwer age. She is obviously well loved and cared for.
I expect Alfie is glad of a sunspot after his haircut. he looks so comfortable there.
I hope this week gives you lots to smile about. Kate x
Ha, I didn't want to show my stitches as some people might not want to see such things, but you boldly did it. It (whatever it was) is looking good, no redness. Perfect.
Your car is looking remarkably well for her age. I assume she will get sprayed the same colour...
I'm looking forward to what you will be doing at your craft club.
And the camelia is looking gorgeous. Spring is here!
We are having the first nice day in a long long time. It's 18 degrees C. At last! (although indoors is still cool).
Have a lovely weekend,
Lisca
Your car is a beaut!
Crazy they still have the same way to stitch as back in the day! Expected something "more modern"... Either way, have a great weekend! xXx
