Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

Most of my spare time this week has been spent crafting and walking in the park.

Looking for Fungi this week and found a few unusual specimens.

Even in the winter there are plenty fungi to be seen.

These are massive but difficult to photograph as they are quite high up on the tree.

Also this tree is right against the lake so needed to be careful.
If you're wondering why I'm photographing these, you will have to wait a while to find out.

The willow seat is looking a bit sad at the moment but guess it wont be long before the leaves come back.

The sun came out even though it's still chilly and our friends are making the most of it.

Alfie likes it here at the bottom of the stairs as the sun comes in through the window. It doesn't look that comfy but he likes it.
No idea where Daisy is, probably up to something.

Think that's about it for this week so I'll leave you with a few funnies.

I'm sure all dogs would like to do this given half a chance.
Here! Here!

Time for bed.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

Angela x

Fungi are so interesting. It was years before I realised there are so many different ones. I wonder what your photos are for?
Glad you have had some sunshine. The animals are very good at finding the sunniest spot aren't they? We have had nothing but rain all week but I guess I need to get used to that. Enjoy your week. Kate x

When everything goes very quiet, it's time to get worried as they'll be up to something....
Fungi are very interesting, as are lichen. It's a whole new world. The ones you have photographed are very nice. No idea what they are though. In our village we have a mushroom 'museum' (Centro micológico) where one can learn all about the local mushrooms and the science around them. Every year people have to do a course to be able to get a license to collect mushrooms, as we have a lot here. We are on the edge of a natural park and the area is heavily patrolled when it's mushroom season.
Have a lovely weekend,
Lisca
