Friday Fun Day With review of 2019.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to last year, just a quick follow up from last week.

Lots of fun doing a workshop for my friend's daughter as part of her Hen party.

Later in the year we got together again to make Christmas cards.

And Tiger helped too.

You may remember this when I had some work done on my car.
This one belongs to Paul the mechanic, my old girl is the one at the back.

But I couldn't resist playing.

Lots more great days at the Craft Club.

Weddings galore though obviously this one was not for real!

One of the real happy couples.

Show days.

Heckington Show.

This one is the Lincolnshire Show but you may have worked that one out for yourselves.

This was the musical 'Little Shop of Horrors' that we went to see at the Lincoln Performing Arts Centre - The Engine Shed.

We watched the babies grow up which are now doing well and still with mum and dad.

Then we took Mum and Dad for a short holiday to the coast.
A very traditional UK break.

Ice cream cones of course.

And the donkeys still going strong.

Slight change this year as the Nautilus has landed.
If you're into Steam Punk you would love this.

Lots of photographs in the hotel as it was once taken over by the Air Force.

From there we went to Chatsworth for the Game Fair.

We watched James Martin but had to stand outside and watch him on the screen as it was so busy.

Lots more great days out with my friends.

Oh dear Maisie has found another Mole hill!

And the year is coming to an end, October in the Park.

The new Cabin is up.

And the old shed is down.

Not seen anymore of this guy, he was a whopper!

Not quite finished the inside yet but I am going to have fun here in the New Year once I get it set up that is.

The conservatory roof is all completed.

And I can tell you it makes a big difference to the heat in here.

Stan is back in his favourite position playing at being a Lap Dog.

The Craft shows are all finished for this year.

It was nice to see Tracy again at the NEC.

The fish are mostly in the bottom of the pond now.

Maisie's resting.

And Again!
What a life!

And that's it really.
Hope you enjoyed seeing what I got up to in 2019 year.

Have a great weekend everyone and a very happy new year.
Thanks for stopping by.

WOYWW #553 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!
Giving you a close up as there are other things on here that I don't want to show you yet.

I've not used this Tim Holtz die for a while and it makes such nice easy cards.
I stamped the design several times and coloured them then stamped onto the card blank ready to add the die cut pieces.

You can build the pieces up to give depth to the card and/or add glazes.

I stamped the background too with some matching stamps and added some Stickles Glitter Glue to finish it.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

Masterboard Monday - Bubble Technique Masterboard.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you a card made with this Masterboard:
'Waste Not, Want Not' and yes I'm here again to show you more ways to use it.

You may remember the tutorial I posted some weeks ago and you will find it here. which shows how I made this background paper, I so love mixing things up a bit. Who says you can only use washing up liquid for cleaning pots!

Gorgeous dies by Altenew and more of my favourite Masterboard.
I started by die cutting the leaf frame on black card and the texture swirls on some shiny metalic style pink card.

These are some of my most favourite stamps by Woodaware, they are so useful and stamp so well.

I would love to hear your comments.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Angela x

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:
Stamping Sensations January: Favourite Stamps.
Allsorts Challenge blog - Week 553 Soft Pastels.
Alphabet Challenge - T is for try something different. I hope my Bubble technique is different enough!

Friday Fun Day With a Review of 2019.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this year.

I like to look back at what I got up to before starting the New Year properly so here goes.

The beginning of the year saw us skiing in the Three Valleys and Tigne.

The snow was so good it almost looks unreal.

This is just a photograph of landing in France, quite a nice day too.

Our favourite hotel in the Three Valleys.

And a few samples of the food we had there.
Looking forward to 2020.

This is a sculpture just at the entrance to the village of Le Menuire, the village where we stay.

This was a small hotel where we stayed near Grenoble airport original a farm house.

I just love to see these gorgeous icicles and there were lots of them this year.

Our Birthday treat at the Pizza restaurant.
Loving the scooter.

We had some cold days at home too.

 And sun.

This was the big metal heart that stood in Meadow Hall Sheffield.
It belongs to The British Heart Foundation and if you donate to them you can have your name engraved on it.

Pebbles in the park.

Maisie just showing you what she thinks about moles!

Comfy dogs.
It's not often Maisie allows this.

This is only the beginning of 2019 so I will finish this next week.

For now, have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

WOYWW #552 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

I'm working on some Valentine cards today using a set of Altenew stamps and some Distress Inks.
The stamps can be seen on the left and behind them some enamel dots and my daylight lamp.
To the right of the glass mat are some word dies and the all important Baby wipes.
The blue box is holding a variety of tools which still haven't found a home yet.
I was asked about the dies which live on the shelving. They are mostly Sizzix by Tim Holtz though there are a few by other people too.

So that's me done for today.

Hope you all have a truly happy and creative New Year.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x
