Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.
Fun in the park, re-hiding some Art Ninja rocks.
The cormorant was drying his wings after a bit of fishing.
The weather has been so warm here that it seemed like a good time to go to the coast before the children break up for the summer.
Humber bridge.
Nearly there now.
I love the East coast, the towns have still maintained their traditional character.
Bridlington is well known for it's fishing, mostly Shellfish.
The baskets can be seen around the arbour.
Too hot for dogs so Maisie and Stan are wearing their cooler coats.
Sweet little train taking people along the front.
I so love these houses that overlook the sea they have great character.
Donkeys are still popular here on the East coast.
Seagulls naturally.
Happen to notice this on one of the posts, interesting I'm sure you'll agree.
And of course the Fairground.
This was actually Friday last week and it was very pleasant and not too busy but in a couple of weeks you will not be able to move for people when the children are on holiday.
Lets hope the weather stays nice for them.
Have a great weekend everyone and
thanks for stopping by.
And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for

typically it seems to be breaking down next week... love the idea of cooler coats for dogs (could have done with one myself last week!)
A day at the seaside....how lovely and so wise to go before the crowds arrive. That view of the Humber bridge always meant we were getting close to Jo’s house when she lived up in Yorkshire....happy memories.
Hugs,

What a lovely little sea-side town. I am not familiar with that part of our coastline, being more used to the very South where I grew up, and some beaches in N.Wales. I don't blame you for having a good day out before all the holiday makers take over. They deserve their visits to the sea too, but I prefer it less crowded.
I keep reading about the hidden stones. It is a fun idea that all the family can enjoy. I believe it is just starting to make an appearance out here too.
I hope the weather holds a bit longer for you.

What a fun tour! Stan and Masie look adorable out and about!
I love those fishing baskets! Something about them...
Thanks for the fun day!
Sending love & hugs!

Thanks for taking me to Bridlington. It looks a delightful sale side village. Apart from some geological field trips I have never visited the east coast. I remember it was very beautiful.
I have no idea what this ninja stone thing is about....Geo caching?
Your fur babies look very smart in their summer jackets.
Must go no.
Have a fab weekend,
Hugs,
Lisca
Super photos, Angela, and your day out at the seaside looks wonderful. Such a lovely place. I thought that house had an image of Father Christmas above the door until I enlarged it. It's a lovely house. And the cheeky fisherman is delightful too. Have a lovely weekend. Elizabeth x
Fabulous photos Angela, hopefully see you at the Race Course Sat/Sun .
