WOYWW - 646 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
We are here for another Wednesday at the Workdesk and here is:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

It looks quiet today but it's just waiting for me to get back to making some more Christmas cards. I've made about sixteen now.

There's a few dies here that I might add to the next project and some lovely metallic threads that I picked up years ago at a craft show, really love adding that to my cards.
The little boxes stacked up are holding the die cut pieces that I am planning to use at my crafting day.

There's a mixture of papers from magazines and a pack that I bought ages ago. The tub on the right has some washi tape waiting for a new home and some old clothing tags that I've been altering as they make nice pieces to layer on the cards.

I did finish a card which you can see here although I know that some of you popped over on Monday and have seen it already.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

You’re doing a great job with your Christmas cards....I’ve not even thought of mine yet and it certainly won’t be this week.

I went and had a look at the card, love it, very different colours and design but it works so well. How do you use the metallic threads on the card then - do you sew them on or tie them? Just interested to know really, I’m a nosy so and so *grin*

Hi Angela, I’m ignoring the C word for now but I loved your triple point poinsettia card. Very Art Deco!

I just dipped into my fabric stash for a bit of Christmassy inspiration - but nothing jumped out at me - I need to get a few ideas together before the rush starts. xx Jo

I am not sure whether you are ahead of me or not on the Christmas card front. I know I made six complete cards the other week but I do have quite a few that are semi made - ie just need the front mounting on a full card and then that is it. Anyway, congratulations on the sixteen you made.
Looks as if you have lots on the go and are busy as always, now what are you doing with that thread?

What a hive of industry, Angela. I have just popped over to see the card you mentioned, and it's absolutely magnificent!

Thank you for your visit. I am glad you liked my collection of butterfly cards - you are right, that stamp and die set is a great find, so versatile. Glad you enjoyed the kitties too - they do rather win the cuteness award, don't they!

Happy WOYWW,
