I can hardly believe it's that time again but I am here to show you the photographs from this year's Steampunk Festival here in Lincoln. This is the 8th year that this event has taken place.
If you don't know about it, it's called the Asylum because that's where they base themselves at the old Asylum. Very well titled I think as they are all quite mad, Naturally!
This has to be one of my favourites from today.
The streets were very busy when I arrived and quite sunny though I think the lady with the umbrella might need it for a different type of weather now as it has started raining.
A little entertainment is called for.
These two were lovely and so friendly.
And the Plague doctor is here just in case anyone turns ill Lol!
Don't you just love this ladies hat?
Finally for today, the vehical that all Steampunks need.
Looks like an ordinary van from the outside but inside.... far from it!
It's amazing what these people get up to and the time they must put in to making these things.
That's it for today but I have lots more so will be spreading them out over the next few days but if you want more info about the event you can find it here.
Hope you enjoyed looking and will pop back for more photographs from the Asylum.
Have a great week,
Angela xXx

Wonderful photos. It reminds me of when all us Discworld loonies descend on Wincanton twice a year in costume. Been looking at all your fab works of art recently. Loving them all. Cara x
Steampunk festival - how cool! I wish I had been there, though with your photos, I feel like I have!
I always enjoy seeing your photos from the Steampunk Festival - I really love that lady's hat and the motorbike is fabulous! Anne xx
How fun the Steampunk Festival must be to attend. All the costumes were amazing, and the motorbike was fabulous.
