Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

It was just so hot we decided to go to the coast again and popped into the Royal Hotel near Skegness and they were cleaning the chandelier in the entrance ready for the visitors to arrive.
.

As  it was the last day before the children broke up for the summer it was a little quieter so we had a walk round with the dogs probably the last time until school restarts for the autumn.
I've seen this chandelier many times but never this close up, it's massive.

We sat outside in the garden drinking coffee and it was lovely and quiet but I bet it's not now Lol!

Also had a walk down toward the town and found this which is new from last year.
I imagine the view will be lovely at the top but as we had Maisie and Stan with us it will have to wait.

Found this too in the Hotel.

He is so sweet.
Rock painting and hiding is getting very popular around the UK.

Back at home we have had some regular visitors to the pond.

And Maisie has found yet another cool place (if there is such a thing!) where she can rest.
She's in the dining room.
By the way all those bottles are not mine. I am pretty boring really as I hardly drink any alcohol at all but that can't be said for everyone Lol! and it's not Maisie and Stan either!

Found these in the Park.

Brought them home but will be re-hiding them soon.

Glow in the dark pebbles.

Another favourite place for Maisie though she seems to be giving me the eye, probably because I am disturbing her.

So that's it for now.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

Wonderful photos today. The new ferris wheel looks unique. I hope you get to ride it one of these days (after school is back in session).

How wonderful about the rocks. Our neighborhood association is doing the same thing: painting and hiding. There were about 15 people who showed up last month. The word is getting out in my neighborhood, too.

Poor Maisie. I feel for you and the animals. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have AC. Have a great Friday and wonderful weekend.

I’m running late visiting today. My sewing talents are needed by many this week
I really love all the painted stones. They did them round here last summer holidays but I think it was the council that put a stop to it cos they said people were falling over them.....I mean really???
Hugs,

Sorry I’m late. We have been without internet since Friday. It has now come back.
What a beautiful chandelier. It takes some doing to clean that I assume.
That Ferris wheel looks inviting. I hope you get the chance to go on there (with camera).
Have a great weekend (or what’s left of it)
Hugs,
Lisca

That chandelier certainly is huge. I am glad it is not my job to clean it.
The rock painting does seem to be very popular. I keep reading about it everywhere. It is rather fun to find them too.
I am glad Maisie and Stan are keeping cool. Poor Kim is feeling the heat but we leave the fans on all day so they can lie under them if they want to.
I am a boring (almost) non-drinker too, and as a diabetic I steer clear of pop etc too, but lots of folk order water in the bars our here, so I don't feel too odd. It's just that Chris objects to paying bar prices for it! Kate x
