Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week well it's actually more holiday pics.
Chamois.
They are quite common in the Alps though not usually dressed like this.
More fruity dessert.
Our favourite bar for lunch.
If you're wondering why it's so quiet it's because everyone was sat outside in the sun!
Crazy weather!
Loads of snow, deep blue sky and lots of sun....heaven.
Same place but outside.
Afternoon tea on the balcony... well that's what I had somebody else had Gin and Tonic!
Balcony view.
Amazing!
I seem to be showing you more of the desserts but they were nice.
One of the menus just to tempt you.
Have a great weekend everyone and

I'd love the sun and yummy food part :-) I am happy for you to enjoy the snow without me....and I know you do :-)
Hugs,
Annie x
How wonderful to be in the sun and in the snow. If I was there, I'd get no skiing done at all. I'd be on that terrace all day.
The food looks yummy as always. It was fun to see the menu. Now my conversational french is pants, but my written french is not too bad. I could understand the menu (in french) without looking at the translation. But the jus corsé polypone baffles me! Jus corsé would be a concentrated gravy but what the heck is polypone? Please enlighten me.
Have a lovely weekend,
Hugs,
Lisca
It sounds like a really good holiday Angela. The views are very like the ski centres up at Sierra Nevada, near Granada. We can do it as a day trip from here, so we have taken several of our Winter/Spring visitors up. It is so beautiful, especially, as you said, when there is blue skies, and plenty of snow. Kate x
Glorious weather and what fabulous memories you must have made? Thanks for sharing these wonderful photos ....and food! x
I apologize for being so late visiting. I would have been here sooner, but when I woke, I felt sick again. This time it was in my lungs and chest.
Oh Angela, this looks stunning. I was most impressed with the views, the sun, the afternoon tea, and of course the lunch. Now I don't read French, BUT I do know how to convert Euros to U.S. dollars, and I nearly fell off my chair when I saw the price, which is basically the same as the Euro price.
Have a super rest of the weekend, since it’s no longer Friday in your world. Hope you enjoyed your vacation/holiday.
You have me yearning for the slopes... and the après ski too! These altitude restaurants are great aren't they, sunning yourself after a good ski session…bliss! xx
Nice set of photos.
