Friday Fun Day with Smiles.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

Things are moving on a bit here this week.

Getting stuff in the cabin but not sure that they will necessarily stay where they are now!

As promised this is the way we got the shelving down from the loft and into the cabin, not as easy as the way they went up as they came flat packed.

The wheel barrow came next.

Past the aviary and down the garden.

To the cabin.

And we need to do this seven times.

To make more room I'm standing some of these upright.

These are slightly smaller and hold the wooden backed stamps.

So that's were we are so far. More to follow soon.

But can't leave you without a few funnies.

Stay safe, have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

I’m so late for WOYWW that I’ve enjoyed Friday too! Oh my goodness, that’s a lot of work going into the furnishing of the cabin. The struggle will have been worth it for you, at least! I love seeing that you have stacks of wood mounts needing a home. I was in the attic yesterday and it reminded me this tits time to rotate some of mine...I don’t have much room so store them in the attic room and rotate the stock so to speak! I don’t use them much to break honest, but love having them! Hope you have a lovely Easter weekend.

It's coming on great! I don't blame you for bringing the unit down like that, building flat pack units is bad enough first time round, no way would I want to take it apart and do it again!
Hope you get to enjoy the weekend crafting! I am just about to have a go now!

Hi Angela, thanks for your earlier visit, I love your space, looks like you will have plenty of room, we have the same when we take anything up to my craft room getting up the stairs, we originally had a bed settee in my room for extra room when all the family come over together, the faces of the delivery men were a picture when they realised they had to carry up all the stairs, then years later we really struggled get it down again. I had all Ikea stuff but carrying all the boxes up was hard work on the legs!
Have a great weekend!

It's good to see you're really getting on well setting up the cabin. The units you've been bringing downstairs are so useful....my sewing room is full of them [all full of fabrics!]. We have been enjoying lots of time together in our garden in the sunshine....been out there all morning today hense why I'm late visiting today.
Love your funnies.
Happy Easter to you both.
Hugs,

I see your point. It's quite a palaver to get those cabinets down. I hope hubby is taking it easy and doing not too many in one day.
But it must be great giving all your stuff a place and (re-)arranging everything.
Thank you for your earlier comments. Yes, you are right. It is very, very strange weather here. It's usually much sunnier and warmer. People have been talking about planes spraying chemicals to alter the climate (more or less rain) No that there are no small planes flying, these murmers are flaring up again. And people are thinking that our sunny weather in spring was chemically induced. I don't know...Probably it is possible to change the weather with chemicals, but whether they actually do that. Who knows.
I chuckled at your dog funnies. You should know all about that being a 'multiple' dog owner.
Have a lovely Easter,
Hugs,
Lisca

Your cabin is fabulous. Happily I put all my shelving together in my craft room. That looks a bit dangerous on the stairs. mind you, we have neither stairs nor a loft, so that wasn't an option for us.Get them all labelled and you'll know just where everything is. (Well, nearly everything). I love my tidy shelves.
Once again the dog cartoons made me smile. My Kim certainly doesn't believe he is too big to be a lap dog! Kate x

The progress inside your craft cabin looks great. But you have to do that shelf move 7 times? Ugh. Just think how great it will be when it's all done. :-) Thanks for sharing the funnies. I always get a good laugh from them, especially since they are so true, too.

I think the most difficult tasks with the new craft palace are behind you! I bet you're going to enjoy it this weekend!

Wow, what a craft kingdom - or rather queendom. Your husband must be a saint to let you have all that space to yourself - mine would claim it as a man cave LOL - even though he's already got one above the garage! The dog funnies are so cute! xx

Oh my, it's coming on a treat, isn't it? Well done on getting that huge unit down the stairs, and what a useful wheelbarrow. I'm sure you'll have lots of fun working out exactly where everything needs to be for maximum ease of use. I'll be back for some proper catching up soon. Stay safe, stay well, and happy Easter.

That's a lot of storage...and a lot of craft stash to be moved into the cabin. Take care on those stairs no-one wants a trip to the hospital at the moment! xxx
