Friday Fun day.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.

As you will all be aware it's remembrance Sunday this week and they are painting these gorgeous poppies on the roundabouts in Lincolnshire.
How lovely they are.

Now I did have some fish food in the pot, where could it have gone!

Maisie!!!!

And a few photographs in the park.

The cygnets are growing up fast now.

And the other day we found all this in the park.

I managed to find a little space to see they are relaying the path by the look of it.

The moles have been very active this week as you can see here.

Some lovely sunny autumn days for our walk too.

And a few funnies to leave you with.

Not too long a post which I'm sure you will be pleased about.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

Good morning Angela
Thanks for trying to find out about the missing blog post. I’ve tried without success to get it back. Bit sad really.
Unlike your doggy funnies that had me chuckling.
Have a good weekend, don’t get blown away while you’re out walking. It’s mighty windy today in my part of the country

I had to laugh at the missing fish food...just who could it have been? 😂😂😂😂 I’m sure the culprit enjoyed it almost as much as the fish.
Thanks for the funnies too...they always make me smile.
Hugs,

The missing fish food made me laugh! Moles can be such a nuisance, but you can get sonic pest control devices to stop them coming into an area. I hope the park people use that method. It look a lovely area to walk through. Have you seen you foxes lately? I am having a go at Tower cards today - well that was the plan, I have been sorting out Christmas bits for My grandsons class. It's a case of can I bear to part with things which I may want :)
Have a great weekend.

Well, I wonder where that fish food could be....
The cygnets are certainly growing up. They will be going their separate ways soon.
It's nice they are relaying the path. It's going to look great.
Oh those moles!!!
I had a giggle at the funnies, especially the bath room danger!
Have a good weekend,
Hugs,
Lisca

I smiled at the empty fish food dish. I daren't leave any around here either.
That park has certainly had a good makeover, but what a lovely place to have right on your doorstep.
The poppies are lovely. We don't see many here as it is not very relevant to the Spanish population, but there is an active local branch of the Royal british legion and they still sell poppies outside the English shop, and have a special ceremony each year.
As usual your funnies made me smile. Kate x

I think the Covid booster I got on Wednesday contained a sleeping pill instead of the booster. I can't seem to stay awake, no matter what I try.

I enjoyed seeing the poppies in the roundabout. Nice way to remember Remembrance/Veterans Day and Remembrance Sunday.

Guess Maisie got an extra treat! Had to laugh because these furry friends can be so sneaky at times.

Looks like they are doing more work in the park, and it looks like they have added new trees, too. I'm SO glad we don't get moles here. It appears they are really troublesome. Looks like you had some beautiful weather for a walk in the park, too.

Cute funnies this week. That first one is a hoot. Hoe you had a great Friday and will have a super weekend, too. Again, sorry to be so late visiting.

Good morning! I made two tower cards yesterday, construction is definitely not my forte, I had to trim them. First I was amazed how small these cards are but, of course, there are many sides to cover! I found them very fiddly to do. I have just watched a video by Patty Stamps and she used paper clips first to attach the “wings” and then to attach the backgrounds etc to make it easier to work out where everything was going. Everything was stuck down before finally attaching the “wings”. So I am having another go today.
By the way you are so right about giving stuff away and then regretting it. I have already been in the box and taken a couple of things out! x

I laughed out loud at the missing fish food. We used to have cats that did the same with the goldfish food, a nightmare if you didn't clip the lid on properly! Thank you for the smiles, always appreciated xx
