Masterboard Monday Review of 2021.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you a few more cards made with Masterboards from last year:

Very Retro.
Details can be found here.

This was just me playing with some ink which was allowed to run over the card then once dry I die cut and rearranged the pieces then reattaching them. You need to place another piece of card underneath and glue it in place.

Details can be found here.

Even the left-over pieces make great cards.

I could go on with this but now it's time for something new next week.
Although I've been doing the review I haven't been lazy and there are new things to come.

I would love to hear your comments.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Friday fun day

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week which actually doesn't feel like much but some nice photographs.

This was a lovely surprise as it's never flowered before but looks like it's about to.

An update on the Amarylis.
This was how it looked when I brought it home.

Then it went to this.

And now we're here so it's coming on nicely.

The moles are back and this is a whopper!

They keep coming! That's Stan over there having a sniff round.

I'm sure you'll guess what this is?

Hubby thought I was crazy but I thought it looked quite artistic.

You may have realised by now that it's ice that had frozen on the top of the bowl.

Been walking in the park as usual and they have put scaffolding round the Beacon so we'll see what happens here.

The cygnets are growing and getting whiter too and of course I cannot leave without some dog funnies.

 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for

WOYWW -660 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
We are here for another Wednesday at the Workdesk and here is:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

Today I'm working on a concertina book which to be honest has been on going for a while and just trying to get it finished and out of the way. I know that is not a good attitude!

The exploding box has  the stamps that I'm using for this project.
The packets have some die-cut shapes that I've had for ever but they will appear soon.
The piece of screwed up wax paper is just for another idea I have in mind that I will get round to soon (I hope).

This side....well it's just stuff!

This is just another piece that I'm stamping on at the moment.
You'll get to see it soon hopefully!

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Review of 2021

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

I am here today to show you more assemblage projects pieces this time from Hobbilicious.

Details can be found here.

This has to be one of my most favourite project from last year.

The main structure was from Hobbilicious with a variety of moulds and lots of bits and pieces that have been sitting around just waiting for the right project.

I think it all went together nicely.

I also managed to find a home for some of my collectable pieces like this pretty little watch and one of my Quartz crystal wands.

Clock Shadow Box.
Details here.

More dragons and another wand too.
If you've never held a quartz crystal you don't know what your missing but that's for another time.

I so love that one!
Those dragons certainly get around too.

Just a little something to finish off.
Another great dragon mould from Hobbilicious.

Hope you like them.

I would love to hear your comments.

Many thanks for stopping by and happy crafting,

Friday Fun Day with a few Smiles

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Angela here again to show you what I've been up to this week.
Pretty much as usual, shopping and visiting mum.

It has been very chilly this week! Frosty too so not much going on out there though you can see the sun trying to come out.

Dog walking continues obviously!
I think Maisie was pleased when we got home.

The building work continues too.
Good news that hubby saw one of the foxes this week stood on that mound of soil having a look at what was going on before the workmen arrived.

Despite the frost we've had some sun too and these little faces appeared this week.
Spring must be on it's way though it was February when we had snow last year so we'll see.

These lumps of soil appeared out of the ground!
Yes the moles are back!

This one just outside the cabin is one big mole hill!

Seemed like a good time to go into the cabin while I was down there.

Thought I'd have a little play with some new moulds but I think I need to warm things up a bit as I seemed to be getting more bubbles with the resin than usual.

Have a great weekend everyone and
 thanks for stopping by.

And if you would like some more smiles you just need to pop over to see what our other friends have been doing this week at Annie's for
"This Week's Smiles" and you can also share your  smiles too.

WOYWW - 659 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Desk looking tidy but only because I've just finished playing with those white pens, more to follow.

New stamp set from Indigo Blu by Zuri.

Exploding box near to explosion! A sample of the Retiform pattern and in front of that and some AALL and create stamps and dies.

The old ones are often the best and these are some old pencils that I've had for a very long time and above those some new washi tape.

I had a play with the new white pens and a few others to give an idea of how they performed.
They all work quite well on black card though some show up whiter than others.
If you're wondering why I used the Chalkola twice on the right it was because it came in two sizes but to be honest there didn't seem to be much difference between them.

So then I went onto some markers, pencils and paint to see how they performed on top of these.

The Chalkola which is the new pen did work quite well on all the marks and in fact was the only one that worked well on the graphite.
The Uniball worked the best over charcoal pencil and pretty good over the others except the graphite.

The Sharpie always looks nice and white but it is quite a thick nib.

I'm still in favour of the Uniball pen and there wasn't much difference between the two again apart from the Graphite so if you think you will be using it then the Chalkola is a good option.

The Pergamano and the Gelly Roll were my least favourites with the Posca next which I was surprised about as it seemed fine on the black card.
Then the Pebeo and the Sharpie with the Chalkola and Uniball taking top slot.

So that's me done for today and hope that might have been some use.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
