I did a double take at that first photo. That was hilarious. I like the look of those chairs, but I wonder how comfortable they would be. Aesthetics are everything.
Looks like you ate well and certainly didn't starve while you were away. You have definitely made me hungry. It's been FOREVER since I've fixed fondue. Now I want to get my three pots out (cheese, hot broth-better for you than oil, and chocolate) and have a fondue party.

Love your smiles this week Angela....esp the photo of the strange couple in the warm weather gear. I'm glad your captured a pic of your stalker but I'm not sure the police will ID him from that pic :-) Have a fun fime ....if you still can after eating all that yummy food.

Had to laugh at the mountain goat with his had and goggles.
The food looks delish as usual. I think you advertise this hotel every year by posting the food. I certainly know where to go if ever I am in the area. But my skiing days are over. (I might be persuaded to do some cross country skiing, which we did a lot of when we were younger.)
The chairs are to die for! They are different I noticed. Elisabeth doubts theircomfort, but I think they will be fine to sit in.
Fondue is lovely. It used to be fashionable in the 70s, but in the countries it originally came from, they still do it. And very nice too. My mouth waters. I love the cheese fondue but the meat-and-broth one is nice too.
I'm glad that the strange looking guy that always follows you is in the picture too for a change. I suppose he is like The Stig, and won't ever take his helmet off....

You're right. The first little fellow is cute. I like the look of the chairs, but they would need a fair bit of padding for me to sit on them. Lots of scrummy food - what's not to smile about. Enjoy your week. Kate x
