WOYWW # 503 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

I'm working on another Masterboard which is almost completed though I have no idea what I'm going to do with it yet.

I am also trying to flatten a card I made for the Crafty Cardmakers challenge on Monday so you can't see the rest of that yet.

Apart from that there's the usual stuff like glues and inks, gels and yes! two new Tim Holtz dies to the left which have just arrived.
And the two little cards just at the back right are Lift passes and you may get a clue by the pictures on them if you don't know what they are.

I think some of you were suspicious of what I was up to last week and some of you knew! I was not at home.
We were here.

And this was my desk when I wasn't outside enjoying the snow.

Have to be honest I didn't use it much. This was a day when it just snowed and snowed! but I will get round to finishing those cards I'm sure.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

I'm glad to see you're safely home having kept all your limbs intact :-) We've had the first of the white stuff here over night so I'm staying in in the warm today.

That iron reminds me of my Great Granny Rhia's, she used to iron her crisp white Irish Linen table clothes and pinnies with it and that was in the 70's. Always said it worked better than one of those new fangled things she'd say, I think she meant an electric iron :))
I'm intrigued to see what's under it.. Nice masterboard.
Woyww Hugs Tracey xx

Morning Angela. Sounds like you had a great time there in the snow. Unlike seemingly most Brits, I have no problem with snow - love it - the more the merrier as far as I am concerned - and always try to get out to the mountains when there is plenty of it around - living only 30 miles from them is really rather special!!
Love that masterboard - it's coming on really nicely - I'm sure you will work out lots of fantastic things to do with it!!
Take care. God bless.

Hi Angela, looks like you had a fab holiday, I take you you were not near the avalanches? Love the flat iron! Haven't seen one for more years than I can call to mind. I do remember there was a selection of them in different sizes in my Grans house. Love the colours in the masterboard. Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #7 XxX

Glad you had fun in the snow Angela and made it home in one piece. I like that new Voltage die, especially as it could double as a set of bathroom scales to celebrate weight loss. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #4

Bee, snow holidays are completely different to going about your daily business in the cold aren’t they! Glad you’re safe home, hope you had a really fab time. Ypur masrerbiard looks like a world map at first glance! Nice to be able to make something for the sheer pleasure of doing it rather than having to because a deadline looms!

I remember my great-aunt ironed her costume (she was dressed in the old Zeeland-costume with lots of skirts and a special 'cap'... https://nl.pinterest.com/pin/363243526165283133/?lp=true ) with a flat-iron just like you use to weighten your card! She put it on the stove to warm it... lovely old memories! Thanks for stopping by my blog earlier, happy ~belated~ woyww and have a great weekend! Hug from Holland, Marit #20

My gran had flat irons like that and warmed them on a black leaded hearth - sounds like a history museum now doesn't it - it was still in use in the 1960s!! x Jo

Hi Angela! Thanks for the stop 'round. Didn't realize you were not at home last week but I bet you're happy to be back in your creative space. I haven't gotten to challenges yet. hoping to start in February. Yep, I do fine with Bob gone. Miss our card games but am getting stuff done. ;-) Creative Blessings! Kelly #32
