WOYWW -629- What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk!

Today I have about three projects on the go. It seems as though it's all or nothing at the moment.

The little flat box on the left holds the start of the projects.
The large roll of black stuff is ribbon. Can't remember where I got it but it's massive and very useful.
The exploding box still remains reasonably tidy and no where near the exploding stage yet.
On the right is a pack of playing cards and a little tub with yet another half started project.

This is the middle section and some stamping with the new Tracy Evans stamps and the Star Book which you may remember was on the desk last week. It's only there as inspiration for a new project.

Thought you might like to see it open.
Still love those stamps.

And finally if you haven't seen them already I made some more cards using that Woodware stamp from last week. Which reminds me someone asked if it was one stamp or several. It is one complete stamp though they do also have similar sets where the plants are individual too.

There are more samples in the post below this one here.

If I'm a bit late getting round again today it's because I'm going Skip-Diving but don't worry I have permission as the family are clearing out rocks from their garden and I have a use for them so I'm off with my wheel barrow to collect a few.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

Ooh, I wish I could go skip diving for some rocks for the garden. I hope we get to see how you use them.
It was me who asked about the stamp, could have been others too, but I went and had a look at their stamps and saw so many I wanted - and to think I never bought from them in years.
You have just made me realise that the notification I got to say my stamps had been delivered must have been my Tracy ones - but I am still waiting for my Janet ones too. I wonder which arrived? Worrying now in case the Janet ones are lost in the post.
Loving your staar book.
Enjoy your week
Hugs, Neet 10 xx

Oh I’m all for a bit of skip diving so you’re excused.
Thanks for showing us the inside of your book. There’s a lot of work in there.
And who’d have thought of making playing cards. Well done, I love that idea

So glad I can always see the Masterboard post each WOYWW week - a twofer for me. Love the book on your desk and the little star book. So pretty. I made an exploding box once, I think. I seem to recall birdcage inside with little butterflies on acetate strips so they kinda fluttered when the box exploded. Can't wait to see yours! I love gong back to old projects and sometimes just need a push i the right direction LOL! That stamp is stunning too,and I just noticed your cabin. Love that!

Trying for an early start this week!
Happy WOYWW

Just don’t fall in! If we don’t see you in two hours, we’ll send out a search party! I adore that Woodward stamp but you’re so clever in the way you ghost stamp the image in paler colours first. That’s the card I’d buy in the shops!

I’m just grabbing a quick break and catching up with all my favourite blogs while I get the chance...the world and his wife are needing sewing at the mo so I’m keeping busy.
I love the thought of skip diving....it puts all sorts of pictures in my imagination 😀😀

You call it skip diving and I call it dumpster diving. Yet another word or saying that is different in our shared language! I'd love to join you for the fun of it.

Your star book is amazing. I love all the stamps you used, too. Altered? playing cards? Been there hated it. I look forward to seeing what you create. Thanks for your earlier visit. Happy WOYWW from # 5.

You can find some really useful things in other people's skips Angela lol. We donated a load of rocks to my parents for their garden - win, win. Love that star book. I spot a TH die too. Stay safe and happy WOYWW. Sarah #4

Well I hope you didn’t hurt yourself diving into that skip! You might have needed carrying back in the wheelbarrow! Really like those stamps will have to go and have a look for those. Angela #9

HI Angela, hope your skip-diving was successful! You've been very busy, lots gong on on your desk, love that star book and the stamped cards, beautiful. I've picked up some little kind of deep tray things which are perfect for holding all the not-quite-finished or even not-quite-started projects in my room, it's so handy to just pick up a tray and have everything ready to take to where I want to work on it. They are starting to accumulate a bit though ... :) Have a great week, Annie C #30

Happy Belated WOYWW. First of all, we are not moving into the house we have bought. It is an investment (as we had the money waiting to buy a house in Spain, and that obviously had to be delayed) and my stepdaughter will be renting it from us initially (with our 2 young grandchildren). I love that floral stamp - just my style. Hope you got all the rocks you needed from the skip. Ali x #24

Thanks for the visit. Had lots to do outdoors with our beautiful weather. Now storms in the forecast Have fun with the rocks, hub and I like to collect tiny ones...we also want to Stack a few, but haven't had time to search them out. I always love your photos, so many beautiful stamps and I am looking for 1 die and can't figure out why? I get possessed over the dumbest things.
Have fun

I’m late, Angela, sorry. Haven’t been skip diving either, so can’t think what my excuse should be!! Hope you had a successful dive session…and that you didn’t actually have to get into the skip….I hate that..climbing a ladder to a height without a solid surface at the top! Yep like you, love the stamps is the star book. Like the new ones in their rounded corner rectangles too….very interesting!
