WOYWW # 524 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

There doesn't seem to be much going on though the exploding basket is filling up again! Not only that but the desk looks smaller than usual....I really need to clear some stuff.
To the right there are several Oxide inks that I was using the other day and they are taking up valuable space and the little plastic box has some Cream paste in there which I've been using with the mould below.

I have been playing with some new moulds by Stamperia one of which is on the desk. No idea at the moment what I'm going to do with it next so if you have any ideas let me know.

Great texture.

I did get round to finishing this. I just love this image. Maybe this will be the start of some more pages.

Bought these too, no idea what I'm doing with those yet either but they look useful for cards and journal pages so watch this space.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

I use doilies as paper lace for Victoriana type cards and things. Lies much better than real lace, especially in a book or something similar.
Great journal page, fabulous image!
Apart from colouring the moulded piece in I haven't a clue what I would do with it. It looks gorgeous I must say. Am sure, knowing you, you will make something terrific with it.

It always makes me smile how you girls see so many uses in what would have been every day used things...the doilies. I remember my mum using them when visitors came round :-)....on plates that is not card making lol.

I love how we can buy something not really knowing what we're going to use it for but love it anyhow! I have used doilies for stencils in my art journals before. What I really love is using sprays on them for a stencil and then also as a colored embellishment later. HAVE FUN! Dorlene #26

Love the ostrich too Angela. It reminds me of the TH stamp from the Hipster set. Can't wait to see what you come up with for the mould. Happy WOYWW. Sarah #3

When I first seen the texture ( without reading the words ) I had thought you had done you know like a wet toilet tissue paper impression of it. and I was curious if you were going to add colors next. and then I read that it was done with paste and I guess that is the second thought is I am curious to see what colors you are going to give it.

Well, the texture mould worked well, how big is it I wonder? A colouring pig for people like me, I would be tempted to stay with white!! That’s a great journal page. I’m worried that the left side of your desk is going to cross the middle line soon, and then it will be taking up too much room!!

Hi Angela, great image on your journal page - love the texture mould too. I wouldn't have a clue what to do with it - would just prop it up and admire my handiwork if it was in my craft room. Have a lovely week, Heather xx #11

Your journal page is fabulous, Angela - what a hilarious picture! Your mould looks extremely interesting and I'm sure you'll come up with a brilliant idea for using the result. I sometimes ink up doilies or bits of doilies and put them on cards etc. They also make rather good stencils. I do use them for cakes, as well!! You've got a nice selection there. Thanks for visiting and I'm glad you liked the card I made for my friend. We had such a great lunch and she loved the card, and we had some good laughs over he loo paper and gut bacteria!

Happy WOYWW,

I love the new mold you have, I've never seen these before! My first thought was to use it in a journal page as a "slip spot" by gluing the left side and bottom edge, and leaving the other two sides open to slip a tag or two in, That's just where my brain is right now! I love your journal page! Thanks for your visit, Lindart #25
