Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Hi Workdesk friends.
We are here for another Wednesday at the Workdesk and here is:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".
If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.
So here is my desk for today!
You always seem to catch me when I'm starting a new project.
These MDF pieces were freebies from Hobbilicious but not decided what to use them for yet.
New AALL and Create stamps. The kittie papers came from a charity. The die you can just see is a Christmas tree.
The Exploding Box is close to explosion!
That black ribbon seems to have been there for a while, needs using or putting away.
Tubs of glue and Gesso at the ready.
As there is nothing exciting going on here today I'm showing you the card that I posted on Monday.
If you'd like more details you can find the tutorial here:
This is a lovely technique for using up left-over masterboards and patterned paper.
If you visit my Monday posts I'm sorry as you may have seen this already.
So that's me done for today.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.
I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,
happy crafting,
Angela x

The black ribbon is a good problem to have really. If you do use it rather than putting it away, what will you use it for? You don’t often see wide black ribbon like that…something steampunky no doubt! Hooray for freebies, especially when they’re as fab as that one! The cards are fab too, love the use of the master board, so clever.

What fabulous freebies, I would have to start work on that gear one - its fabulous! love the new stash too.
That is such a pretty card you made, very subtle use of colour there, and you make the most amazing bows.
Have a good week.
hugs, Neet 11 xx

Who wouldn't want a freebie, right? I got a load of MDF pieces and kits in a lucky dip sale last Christmas - I haven't used them yet - some of them are odd shapes and without instructions, but I'm sure they'll come in handy one day! Your card looks great and I can see how that technique works - how come I never thought of that - so simple yet genius! Have a lovely week Angela and thanks for stopping by! xx zsuzsa #21
I’m running late doing my visits but at least I’m here this week.
I can’t wait to see what you use your freebies for....I just know it will be fab.

You have really great new goodies on your desk today, Angela. I can see lots of new projects being made from these. Your cards are beautiful. I had a quick peek at how you made them but I think I'll have to follow the links too, later. Thanks for commenting earlier and have a good week. Elizabeth x #24
Angela, we are always assured to find goodies on your desk!! LOVE, love the freebie MDF pieces!! Ohhhhhh that large one needs an amazing project!! I love that!! I am very jelly of the new Create stamps!! You can NEVER go wrong there!! I have SEVERAL of those exploding boxes!! LOL Makes you wonder why on earth we save all that riff raff??? Obviously, some of it is major worthy, but let's be honest, the rest is because we can't bear to part with it! LOLOL Or at least that's my case! LOLOL Your cards are beautiful and I love those yummy background colors! Thanks for stopping round my desk! Blessings for the rest of your week! Felicia #26
What beautiful cards, Angela - I simply love the blend of subtle pastel shades. Very pretty indeed. Your new project looks most intriguing, from a very interestingly shapied die cut. I look forward to seeing progress on that one!
Thank you for visiting.I'm glad my post is encouraging you to take another look at laminating. There are so many different techniquss I want to try now. I agree about men, but mine would say what I was doing was bossing, not encouraging haha! That's appalling about your mun's stay in hospital. She must have had a horrible time and it must have been confusiing for her as well.
Happy WOYWW,

Hi Angela, thanks for the earlier viiiiisit. Yep we do have trouble convincing our menfolk are right, though you'd think they would learn. That MDF piece looks intriguing, bet you'll do something with that. I'm still struggling with DDs card which I have to finish today - can't decide whether to go dinosaurs or cocktails or some mad combination of both!! Happy WOYWW, love n hugs Cindy xx
It looks like you have some super new goodies!
I am going to try that technique!
Happy WOYWW!
Stay safe and keep well!

Calling All Crafters! – My Blog!
I seem to go through black ribbon by the yards, so I'm agog it's been sitting on your desk without use for so long. And that MDF piece looks fascinating...can hardly wait to see what you do with it!
We catch you at the beginning of new things because you are prolific and don’t put anything off, and that dear Angela, is a big win! A bit non-plussed that even your desk has a Christmas related product on it…making me panic! I Like that mdf freebie very much, but of course, I shall have to leave it to you to do something amazing with it, I already know that I don’t have a clue as to what!!
You really do make great use of a compact space…with the back up of the craft shed!
Great freebies from Hobbilicious and fabulous new stamps from AALL and create. I always love your exploding box and what a pretty card Angela x.
