Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Hi Workdesk friends.
We are here for another Wednesday at the Workdesk and here is:
"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".
If you don't know what this is all about then please visit Sarah's Craft Shed and our host Sarah will explain.
So here is my desk for today!
The exploding box still looks tidy.
There's nothing really new here apart from the masterboard I've been working on.
The punch and the circular dies on the right are what I used to cut out the circles for the C. Cards.
On the far left are some dies I've not used and had for far too long without using so got those out. I hope seeing them will make me feel guilty and then I'll do something with them!
Just behind them are yet more unused embossing folders. They are 'embossing diffusers'.
I think Sizzix have just brought out some new ones which reminded me that I have some that have never been used so we'll see.
Not sure what will happen to this next, I'll probably scan it first before moving on but if you would like to see how it was put together there are details here from Monday's post:
I've had enough of C. Cards for now but thought you might like to see a small collection of the colours and patterns I've used.
So that's me done for today.
Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.
I'm off now to see what everyone else is up to.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,
happy crafting,

love the colourful display of Christmas cards...I hope you get to use the embossing folders soon. Happy WOYWW Helen #1
I have enjoyed all the variations of your cards, everyone has something to appeal. But you know me - that masterboard of circles has got to be my fave! I've been loving using the sticker surround sheets in that way too - when cut up they produce such interesting results. Have fun and be sure to share :)
Happy no-knitting WOYWW day!

I'm loving the new masterboard and will be watching out to see what you do with it. Have a great week.

Those Christmas cards are fantastic, the design looks great in all the different colourways! I even like the left over card with the holes in, you’ll find some clever way of incorporating that into a project no doubt.

Hi Angela, I’ve popped over to explain the card you were asking about. The long die goes over a piece of smooching which I cut to same size as rectangular die, quite simple really. I ought to be doing Christmas cards too but am inundated with birthday cards at the moment. I’d like to come up for air! Happy WOYWW, prayer hugs, Shaz in Oz.x
Hello Angela, I meant to email with an update on Dolly. It took a few days, but she is back to normal now. I told my husband to keep a better eye on her when he is walking. You know that technique of picking up inks, is it called smooching or smooshing? Not that it matters, but I like to get things right. I did some with the Hunkydory pens and while I liked the results it was just too much of a chore! I bought some cheap sketch books for Bible Quilting, but the paper seems to soak up the ink from the pens. I will still use them but to stick the finished designs in. They didn’t handle a rubber being used either. Happy WOYWW. Angela #11
