WOYWW: 546 - What's On Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.

Hi Workdesk friends.
Here we are for another Wednesday at the Workdesk.
I am here again to show you:

"What's on my Workdesk this Wednesday".

If you don't know what this is all about then please visit the

Stamping Ground, our host Julia will explain.

So here is my desk for today!

It's back in it's rightful place so that I can do some crafting.

But this is not me....it's just too tidy!
I'm working on some quick cards for a workshop that I'm doing today so you must excuse me if I'm a little late but I will get round you all.

Must mention the little lunch bag at the back there. I use it to hold the tin boxes of tiny Tim Holtz Distress Inks and they fit in it brilliantly.

And for those of you are not sure what's going on here, a photograph of the new studio, well log cabin really.

I know lots of you were asking how it's coming on and I have started moving a few things in but no organisation yet as we've still got the conservatory furniture in there too.

The chest of drawers at the front is from my sister-in-law, she didn't need them any more and I think they will fit in here nicely.

The cupboard at the back is from Storage 4 Crafts and hold the Very Useful boxes that you can see on the left of the photograph.

So that's me done for today.

Thanks for stopping by and hope you will pop over and join in the visits around the other desks.

I'll be round to see what everyone's up to later.
Have a great woyww
and
happy crafting,

Angela x

Oh Angela, your little desk looks lovely but then I moved down and saw your new craft space. How fantastic it is looking even if things are not put away yet. I can see you will have many happy hours in there, Perhaps the first thing you make will be a thank you card for your sil - what a fabulous cupboard she has donated.
It looks as if it will be great and will be up and ready soon.
Hugs, Neet 14 xx (so pleased for you x)

Oh, it's going to be soo wonderful in the cabin but in the meantime, that's a lovely bright area to have your desk in. Great idea about the lunchbox too for holding the inks... I love repurposing stuff!

You must be so excited to move into that craft cabin - although the amount of storage space you will have is bordering on dangerous! "More is more" when it comes to craft supplies...

Ooh, the log cabin is going to make a wonderful studio space! Your old desk is indeed unrecognizable without the exploding box and all those shelves around it. Not long now when you can put everything back to its rightful place! Enjoy your week, Angela! zsuzsa #17

Your new studio/log cabin is absolutely stunning, Angela, and I had no idea that your desk was so beautiful, because we usually only see the top of it with all your creativity and exploding box on it! How exciting it will be, getting everything back in and getting it organised to your satisfaction. It so reminds me of when we moved here and I loved nest-building in my new studio, but for the first few weeks I couldn't find anything because I hadn't got the storage fixed in my mind. Looking back at the old original photos from those days, it all looks so beautifully tidy, quite unlike the untidy clutter of these days. I think I'm turning into a hoarder...

Thank you for your visit, and so glad you like my idea of the Tudor gown! I am certainly intending to get some photos taken of it when I wear it. I am working on the bodice at the moment and it's proving to be a bit of a struggle with lots of trial and error, but I'll get there eventually! Today I got given an appointment to see the GP about my bladder problems next Wednesday, which is good, and also today, I heard from the DWP that I've been awarded my disability benefit!!! What a relief. Exactly the same amount as I've been getting, so I am well pleased.

Happy belated WOYWW,

I'm late! How exciting that things are progressing nicely with your new space. I am in constant clean up in my craft room and then I go in and work on something and the mess returns. An uphill battle for sure. Today I playing catch up visiting desks while watching football. The weather here is so awful with thick clouds and heavy rain. Yuk. Thanks for visiting me this week.

Angela please accept my apologies, I battled to get round everyone last week not realising I was coming down with a virus. As I try and get back to normal I suddenly thought this morning I didn't remember seeing your desk and I was right, please forgive me :(
What a wonderful space this will be to play, create and have craft parties in. Your storage unit at the back has been on my wish list for as long as I can remember but I know I will never have the space to house it.. So i'm going to enjoy yours hee hee..
Catch up with you soon HUgs Tracey xx
