Crafty Cardmakers Challenge - 250 Love is all you Need.

Welcome to all my new followers, hope you enjoy the journey.
Hi! back again to tell you that it's time for another challenge over
at Crafty Cardmakers.

Maike is hosting today and our challenge # 250 - Love is all you Need.

As usual you can enter anything you fancy, it doesn't have to be cards, as long as it meets the challenge.

Hope you will join in.
And here is my project for the challenge:

Some of you may be aware that I have two Schnauzers and what can I say "They get everywhere".
These are by Tim Holtz 'Crazy Dogs' stamps and dies.
The deep red hearts are die cut from an Altenew set.

For this Masterboard I used an A4 sheet of card, stamping around and over the edge.

I used three colours of Red Distress ink to stamp the hearts using the Altenew stamp set.

For this style of card we need to leave the centre of the Masterboard clear.

Now we can cut the card into four.
These four pieces can be trimmed a little to fit a C6 size card blank or layered up to fit a 5"x7" card.

I'm making two cards here as an example of how they can be used.
On one I've used an embossing folder and on the other I've started by die cutting a heart. These dies are also part of the Altenew set.

Remove the heart from the card and keep this for later.

I have left the embossing white but it still shows up well.

The finished card has the heart from the earlier design and I've used this as a topper.
The sentiment is from the same set.
I still have card left for two more cards.

I hope you will pop over to see what the rest of the DT have been up to and maybe join in the challenge.
I look forward to seeing what you come up with too.
 Happy crafty card making.

Love the cards. I thought of your pooches as soon as I saw the dogs. Clever idea to quarter one larger piece. Will remember that for the future xx
